筒状体9の一部を円筒体10の外に位置する如く成し、
其の円筒体10の外に位置する筒状体9を円筒体10の
外周面に沿わせて外側に折り返して成る折り返し部形成
体11を得る。次に台板13上にカバー布1を切り抜い
た円盤状体12のほぼ中央部に対向して前記折り返し部
形成体11を位置せしめ、円筒体の上面を押さえ台金に
てウエルダー式加圧・加熱方式により溶着する。次に円
盤状体12に溶着された筒状体9の付け根部の余剰のカ
バー布Dを削除し帽子状体14を得る。次に帽子状体の
裏面側より溶着した筒状体の内脛に相当する箇所に通気
口Eを設ける。其の帽子状体をジャバラの開口部に縫製
加工により結合して成る丸形布製ジャバラ。
