が被覆部材の回転時に周辺部材と干渉、あるいは、ブー
ツの外周面を切傷したりする等の不都合が解消できるこ
とによる。両端部ICを予め内側に湾曲させておく代わ
りに、溶接後に、押さえ治具(図示省略)を用いての両
端部ICを固定位置外周面6aに沿って押圧するように
