〔産業上の利用分野〕 この発明は、缶,瓶入り商品を販売する自動販売機を
対象に、機内の商品ラックから落下搬出した商品を受け
取り、前面扉の中段位置に開口した商品取出口まで持ち
上げ搬送して商品を取り出すようにした商品取出装置に
関する。 〔従来の技術〕 前述した自動販売機の商品取出装置として、前面扉の
裏面側にフィンガ付きベルトコンベヤを敷設し、商品ラ
ックからシュータを経て前方へ落下搬出した商品をフィ
ンガ付きベルトコンベヤで前面扉の中段に位置する商品
取出口まで持ち上げ搬送するようにした方式のものが、
本件出願人より例えば特願平2−115392号として提案さ
れている。 次に前記提案の商品取出装置を配備した自動販売機、
並びに商品取出装置の構成を第2図ないし第5図を用い
て説明する。まず、第2図,第3図において、1は自動
販売機の本体ケース、2は前面扉、3は断熱内扉、4は
本体ケース1の庫内に設置したサーペンタイン式商品ラ
ック、5は商品搬出シュータ、6は前面扉2の中段位置
に設けた商品取出口であり、前記断熱内扉3に開口した
フラッパ付き商品出口3aと商品取出口6との間を連係し
て前面扉2の裏面側に商品取出装置7(商品取出装置の
構成は後記する)が装備されている。 上記構成で、商品8(缶入り商品)は商品ラック4に
収納されており、販売指令に基づき商品ラック4から落
下搬出した商品8は商品搬出シュータ5の上を転動して
断熱内扉3の商品出口3aよりその前方に位置する商品取
出装置7に受け渡され、さらに商品取出装置7の搬送経
路に沿って商品取出口6まで持ち上げ搬送される。この
ように、商品ラック4から下方へ落下搬出した商品8を
商品取出装置7を介して上方へ持ち上げ搬送することで
商品取出口6を中段位置に設けることができ、これによ
り客は屈むことなく立ったままの楽な姿勢で商品取出口
6から商品を取り出せるようになる。 次に前記した商品取出装置7の具体的な構造を第4図
および第5図に示す。図において、9は水平搬送経路と
垂直搬送経路とでL字状を呈する商品搬送経路に沿いプ
ーリ10の間に張設して敷設したエンドレス状のベルトコ
ンベヤ、11はベルトコンベヤ9の周面に沿い定ピッチ間
隔おきにベルトから起立させて設けたフィンガ、12はベ
ルトコンベヤ9の駆動モータ、13は商品の搬送経路に沿
ってベルトコンベヤ9の上側に設けた商品ガイドレー
ル、14はベルトコンベヤ9の垂直搬送経路に設けた筒状
の商品ガイドカバーである。前記ベルトコンベヤ9のベ
ルト本体およびフィンガ11は例えばウレタンゴムのよう
に適度な硬度と弾性を持った材料で作られている。ま
た、商品ガイドレール13は、第5図で示したように、フ
ィンガ11が通る中央溝を挟んでその左右両側に逆ハ字形
に凹状ガイド面を形成するように敷設され、この商品ガ
イドレール13の上に商品8を載せて搬送するようにして
いる。さらに、商品ガイドレール13の垂直搬送経路の終
端部は商品取出口6に向けてアーチ状に湾曲してここに
商品放出用のシュータ13aが形成されている。 かかる商品取出装置は次のように動作する。すなわ

ることを目的とする。 〔課題を解決するための手段〕 上記目的を達成するため請求項1に記載した発明は、
商品ラックから商品搬出シュータを経由して前方へ搬出
された商品を受け取る水平搬送経路と、この水平搬送経
路からの商品を前面扉の中段位置に設けた商品取出口ま
で持ち上げ搬送する垂直搬送経路とからなるベルトコン
ベヤを備えた自動販売機の商品取出装置であり、前記ベ
ルトコンベヤに定ピッチおきに起立し、倒置姿勢の商品
の後端に突き当たって商品を押すフィンガを設けたもの
において、前記フィンガはベルトコンベヤから立ち上が
る部分を中実とし、かつ商品の後端へ当接する頭部部分
を中空体としたことを特徴とする。 〔作用〕 請求項1記載のように、フィンガの商品へ当接する頭
部部分を中空体とすることで商品の後端にフィンガが突
き当たった際の衝撃が中空体および中実部分が変形する
ことにより緩和され、これにより中身飲料の発泡が少な
