However, the above-mentioned sewing threads each have excellent points, but are still insufficient. That is, a polyester spun sewing thread formed by 100% of staple fibers by a conventional spinning method has fluff, and the fluff improves heat resistance of the thread, and thus has an advantage that it is excellent for high-speed sewing. However, the uniformity of the thread is inferior, and furthermore, fluff is generated due to abrasion, and the friction variation is large.
Polyester filament sewing threads composed of 100% filaments have high strength, beautiful threads and beautiful appearance such as no fluff, but have a drawback that they cannot withstand high-speed sewing due to poor heat resistance. Further, the core yarn sewing thread compensates for the above two drawbacks and makes use of the advantages thereof, but has a drawback that the sheath comes off due to abrasion, and the uniformity of the thread is insufficient, so that the seamability and the stitch quality are slightly problematic. Furthermore, the composite sewing thread in which staple fibers and filaments were mixed had some fluff spots due to the filament opening spots, and the quality of the seam was a little problematic. The present invention solves the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional sewing thread with a new fuzz that has less fuzz, has a clean thread, is excellent in abrasion resistance and heat resistance, and has a performance that cannot be obtained with conventional sewing threads. The present invention provides a high-quality polyester spun sewing thread having the same.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a spun yarn constituting a polyester spun sewing thread. FIG. 2 is a schematic perspective view of an apparatus for producing a spun yarn constituting the polyester spun sewing thread of the present invention. FIG. 2 shows that two fiber bundles composed of a polyester short fiber bundle a and a polyester short fiber bundle b are drafted in parallel between a back roller 1 and a front roller 2 at a certain interval D, and then the two bundles are twisted in a twisting zone. In which the fiber bundles A and B are combined and twisted to produce a spun yarn. As described above, the structure in which the two fiber bundles are wound around each other has a small variation in twist angle, and there is little disturbance of the fibers in the inner and outer layers, so that the yarn has a high strength, has a good degree of uniformity of the yarn, and has a few fluffs. Since the compaction is good, a spun yarn having high modulus can be obtained. The intrinsic viscosity IVF of the polyester short fiber used here is preferably 0.58 or more and 1.0 or less, more preferably 0.6 or more and 0.9 or less.
If the fiber intrinsic viscosity IVF is less than 0.58, there is a problem in sewability such as a remarkable decrease in heat resistance. If the fiber intrinsic viscosity IVF is more than 1.0, the cost becomes extremely high and practicality is poor. The limiting viscosity is a value measured at 30 ° C. with a mixed solvent of phenol / tetrachloroethane = 6/4.

[0006] The average fineness of the polyester staple fiber is 0.1.
The average fiber length is preferably from 30 to 55 mm, more preferably from 35 to 51 mm. Also, even in isometric cuts,
Irregular length cuts may be used. When the average fineness is less than 0.1 d, the rigidity of the yarn is reduced, the sewability is deteriorated, and the cost is further increased. If it exceeds 3.0 d, the yarn becomes hard and puckering occurs. Next, when the average fiber length is less than 30 mm, the strength decreases, the fluff increases, and the operability becomes unstable. On the other hand, if it exceeds 55 mm, the fluff becomes extremely small, causing a problem in heat resistance. Thus, the fiber is limited to a halfway range from the viewpoints of fiber properties such as heat resistance and modulus, forms such as fraying, and slip characteristics.

Next, the strength of the polyester spun sewing thread is at least 3.8 g / d, preferably at least 4.0 g / d. If the strength is less than 3.8 g / d, thread breakage is likely to occur due to the impact force at the time of sewing in severe sewing, and thread breakage is likely to occur in fabrics such as sports clothing where high tension is easily applied to the seam. 0.8 g / d or more is required. Further, the stress at 2% elongation needs to be 0.45 g / d or more. The measuring method is JIS L-1095-1979
(General spinning test method) using a constant-speed extension-type tensile tester (manufactured by Tenso Rapid Twelve Aegusta) (with a gripping distance of 50 cm and a tensile speed of 30 cm / min). This is particularly related to the occurrence of skipped stitches. As the stress at the time of 2% elongation is increased, the loop shape of the needle thread is increased and stabilized during sewing, leading to the elimination of lower threading errors by the looper. It is necessary to do above. Preferably, it is 0.5 g / d or more and 0.8 g / d or less.
Furthermore, the heat shrinkage at 160 ° C. of dry heat of the sewing thread according to the present invention is preferably 4.0% or less. This is to prevent the sewn product from shrinking when subjected to a heat treatment such as an iron after the sewing or when the sewn product is washed, to prevent puckering, and to prevent the quality of the sewn product from being significantly deteriorated.

The polyester spun sewing thread is 1 mm
It is preferable for the above-mentioned fluff to have a fluff index in the range of 50 to 700 cm / 10 m in order to obtain stable sewability such as stabilization of slip characteristics and reduction of skipped yarn breakage. If the fluff index is less than 50 k / 10 m, defects such as a decrease in heat resistance during high-speed sewing come out. On the other hand, when the fluff index exceeds 700/10 m, the sliding characteristics become unstable, the number of skipped yarns increases, and the seam appearance deteriorates. Therefore, the above ranges are preferred. The fluff index is a value measured with an F-index tester manufactured by Shikishima Spinning Co., Ltd.
Further, in order to obtain a yarn structure in which two fiber bundles are wound around each other, the interval between the two fiber bundles is important. As shown in FIG. 2, the interval D is preferably in the range of 2 mm to 10 mm, and more preferably in the range of 4 mm to 8 mm. If the spacing is less than 2 mm, the effect is not high in terms of wear resistance, uniformity of the yarn, and strength, and if it exceeds 10 mm, the operability is remarkably reduced and the practicability is lacking.

Example 1 The interval between two staple fiber bundles made of polyester fibers (1.2d, 44 mm equal length cut) was adjusted to 8 mm, supplied to a draft zone, and twisted with a twist coefficient of 4.3 (inch method) to 40 '. S (English cotton count) spun yarn. Thereafter, two spun yarns (in the S direction) were aligned, twisted at 760 T / M in the opposite direction, wound up on cheese, and dyed with a disperse dye at 130 ° C. for 40 minutes. The obtained dyed yarn was subjected to an oiling mainly composed of silicon to obtain a polyester spun sewing yarn. The physical properties are shown in Table 1. The temperature and humidity in the test method in this specification are 24 to 25.
° C, 65 ± 2%, initial load is JIS L10
Refer to Reference Table 1 in the section of 5.4 initial load of 95-1979. The evaluation of thread breakage and stitch skipping shown in Table 1 was evaluated based on the number of occurrences of defects when four knitted knitted fabrics (using 50's cotton yarn) were piled up and sewn with 100 flat two-needle sewing threads.

As shown in Table 1, the polyester spun sewing thread according to the present invention is a yarn having high tenacity, high modulus, excellent yarn uniformity, and less fluff. On the other hand, in the sewability as well, thread breakage and skipping were extremely small and the seams were beautiful. On the other hand, in Conventional Example 1, the strength was low, the thread uniformity was poor, the thread was broken, the number of skips was large, and the seam appearance was poor.
