Description of the Related Art An enamel panel in which the surface of a metal substrate is covered with an enamel layer has excellent durability and a beautiful appearance, and is therefore widely used on the outer wall of a building or in a room. Although the surface of such an enamel panel is often a smooth glossy surface, if it is used on the outer wall of a building, if there are windows, ventilation openings, signboards, etc. above it, dust adhering around it Rainwater always flows down a certain waterway due to rainwater, and dirt may adhere to the surface of the enamel panel in a waterway shape. This phenomenon is particularly remarkable in an enamel panel having a smooth surface.

Such a matt enamel panel usually uses a crystalline enamel containing TiO 2 , and has an advantage that the adhesion of dirt is less noticeable than the enamel panel having a smooth glossy surface described above. However, such a matt enamel panel naturally has a low glossiness, and there is a wrinkle that lacks the glossy beauty inherent in the enamel panel.

The surface roughness Rmax is less than 4 μm and a very small blast process of 2 μm or more is performed to form irregularities that do not impair the glossiness. For that, for example, # 22
A method of blasting alumina abrasive grains with a pressure of 3 kg / cm 2 can be used. By slightly blasting the surface of the enamel layer in this way, the formation of the above-mentioned water channel can be prevented, and the adhesion of dirt due to the flow of dust can be prevented to a considerable extent.

Is 4 μm or more, the glossiness becomes 30 or less, and the gloss intended for the present invention is lost. Since it approaches to conventional smooth surface and R max is too small, at least R max 2
It is preferable to make the above. Here, the glossiness is JIS Z-87
This is a value measured by a 75 ° specular gloss measurement method according to 41 “Glossiness measurement method”. By making this value larger than 30, the original gloss of the enamel panel is maintained.

In addition, since such a film as incomplete combustion gas or oil in the air is unlikely to adhere to such a surface, even if there is a window, a ventilation opening, a signboard, etc., dirt due to the flow of dust is reduced even if there is an upper part, and a long term. Aesthetics can be maintained throughout.

Sealed with silicone-based caulking material, which is likely to cause stains. The caulking material is exposed to the outdoors after curing, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 5 months
The status of fouling was assessed annually. The evaluation was performed on three items: stain degree, gloss change, and color tone change. The evaluation of the degree of staining was performed by visual comparison of the original plate, the evaluation of the change in gloss was performed by measuring the gloss, and the evaluation of the change in color tone was performed by visual comparison of the original plate. The results are shown in Tables 3 to 5, respectively.

2 μm when the surface roughness R max is less than 4 μm.
By using a blasted surface having a glossiness of 30 m or more and a glossiness of more than 30, it is possible to prevent dust from flowing down for a long period of time without deteriorating the glossy beauty inherent in the enamel panel. This eliminates the need for periodic cleaning, and can significantly reduce maintenance costs. Moreover, the change in gloss and the change in color tone are excellent as in the conventional enamel panel.
