As the polishing paper cloth is used, the polishing performance deteriorates due to clogging and the falling off of the abrasive due to the material to be polished, and it is necessary to replace the polishing paper cloth with a new one every time. When attaching the polishing paper cloth to the polishing tool, bolts etc. are used,
The desorption has been very inconvenient. A method has been considered to make it easier to attach and detach the polishing paper cloth by using an adhesive between the polishing paper cloth and the polishing tool. However, the disadvantage of this method is that the adhesive stains the surface of the body to be polished. Had. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention is to improve the conventional disadvantages and to provide a polishing structure which makes it easy to attach and detach a polishing paper cloth.

The present invention is characterized in that a synthetic fiber long-fiber woven or knitted fabric having 100 to 3500 loops / cm 2 of loop fluff having a height of 0.3 to 5 mm is adhered to a paper cloth to which an abrasive is adhered as an abrasive layer. The gist is a composite structure for polishing. First, the polishing composite structure of the present invention has a polishing layer on the surface of which a polishing agent is adhered. The abrasive of the present invention may be one used for general abrasive paper cloth, for example, alumina, silicon carbide, emery, garnet, quartzite, iron oxide, etc.
The particle size defined by S R6001 and R6002 may be about 12 to 1200, and an abrasive suitable for the object to be polished may be used. In the present invention, the abrasive to be adhered to the paper cloth is selected from, for example, glue, varnish, synthetic resin adhesives such as phenolic resin, and a single or a mixture thereof is used. The abrasive paper cloth thus obtained has an abrasive layer held by paper or cloth as a base material, and is not different from general abrasive paper cloth. In the present invention, the paper cloth is not particularly limited, and may be appropriately selected according to the purpose of polishing. A feature of the present invention is that the woven or knitted material having the loop fluff on the back surface of the abrasive paper cloth, that is, the surface to which the abrasive is not adhered is adhered. The woven or knitted fabric of the present invention having loop fluff on the surface may have loop fluff on both sides of the woven or knitted fabric, or may have loop fluff on only one side. The surface that does not have to be adhered to the back of the abrasive cloth. If the back surface of the woven or knitted fabric has fluff, the fluff enters the adhesive layer when bonding the back surface of the abrasive paper cloth, and the adhesive strength between the woven or knitted fabric and the abrasive paper cloth is increased. The surface of the woven or knitted fabric having the loop fluff has a fastener effect. Therefore, when a male fastener is provided at the tip of a polishing tool such as a drill, the composite structure for polishing of the present invention can be easily attached to the polishing tool and can be easily removed. The woven or knitted fabric of the present invention having loop fluff on its surface needs to be made of synthetic fiber long fiber yarn. In the case of natural fibers, the strength of single fibers is weak and the durability of the woven or knitted fabric is poor, and in the case of short fibers, the fastener effect on the surface of the woven or knitted fabric is weak. The loop fluff of the present invention needs to have a height of 0.3 to 5 mm. If the height is less than 0.3 mm, sufficient fastener effect cannot be obtained, and if the height is more than 5 mm, the gap between the male fastener of the polishing tool and the polishing paper cloth is too large, making polishing difficult. The height of the loop fluff was measured by the following method. When a woven or knitted fabric having loop fuzz is bent on a sharp edge, the loop fuzz stands upright on the bent line. The length of the loop fluff was measured with a microscope equipped with a scale. The number of loop fluffs of the present invention needs to be 100 to 3500 / cm 2 . Outside this range, a sufficient fastener effect cannot be obtained for the polishing tool. The number of loop fluffs was calculated by counting the number of fluffs in a fixed visual field with a microscope using a microscope and converting the number per square centimeter. In the present invention, when the adhesive force between the polishing tool and the woven or knitted fabric of the polishing composite structure is 800 g or more according to the following measurement method, the polishing composite structure may fall off the polishing tool during the polishing operation. It is judged that there is no practical problem and that there is a sufficient fastener effect for the polishing tool. A sample with a length of 20 cm or more and a horizontal size of 20 cm or more is stuck on a horizontal table.
After dropping a 0 cm male circular fastener naturally and allowing it to adhere to the sample, pull up the male circular fastener in the vertical direction and measure the force when the sample separates. In this case, the loop of the male circular fastener is made of 220 denier nylon monofilament, is hook type, has a height of 1.5 ± 0.3 mm, and has a density of 50 ± 2 / cm 2 . In the present invention, the woven or knitted material having the polishing paper cloth and the loop fluff is bonded by the adhesive as described above. The adhesive may be appropriately selected in consideration of the type of paper cloth and the type of woven or knitted fiber. Typical examples include vinyl acetate emulsion, acrylic emulsion, polychloroprene, and nitrile rubber. Etc. There are various methods for obtaining the polishing composite structure of the present invention, and typical methods are described below. [Manufacture of abrasive paper cloth] In order to obtain a paper cloth to which an abrasive is bonded, for example, an aqueous solution or a solvent solution of a synthetic resin adhesive such as glue, varnish, phenol resin or the like is applied to the paper cloth, and further polishing is performed. The adhesive is applied and then dried by heating to cure the adhesive. After that, apply the solution once more for overcoating and heat again.
Dry and cure. [Manufacture of woven or knitted material having a loop] A method of generating loop fluff in a yarn by air jet processing or the like, and weaving or knitting using the yarn. There is a method of generating loop fluff by finishing processing such as the above. [Adhesion method of polishing paper cloth and woven / knitted fabric] After applying the adhesive solution uniformly to the back of the polishing paper cloth, that is, the side where the abrasive is not adhered, align one surface of the woven / knitted fabric and apply moderate pressure. And further heat and dry to adhere.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described specifically with reference to Examples. Resin-bonded abrasive paper coated with alumina with a viscosity of 150 sparse and brushed tricot made of 70 denier / 16 filament nylon long fiber yarns are bonded with an acrylic emulsion adhesive, and the composite structure for polishing of the present invention I got a body. The brushed product of the tricot at this time had an average height of the loop fuzz of 1 mm and a fuzz density of 1,200 / cm 2 . The adhesive force of the composite structure for polishing to the polishing tool was measured by the method used in the present invention to be 2000 g. As Comparative Example 1, a resin-bonded abrasive paper coated with alumina having a viscosity of 150 and coated with a tricot knitted using a # 40 single-thread cotton yarn was adhered with an acrylic emulsion adhesive. I got The adhesive strength of the composite structure for polishing to the polishing tool was 350 g as measured by the method used in the present invention. As a comparative example 2, when the tricot was raised, the degree of raising was made weaker than that of the example, a loop fuzz height of 0.1 mm and a density of 1200 flies / cm 2 were prepared.
