2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, furniture and interior decoration materials are increasingly required to have a high-class and individual character. Among them, decorative sheets have been developed that can express three-dimensional high-quality designs close to those of natural marble and wood, which cannot be expressed only by printed designs, and have more mechanical strength and dimensional stability than natural materials. JP-A-1-304875, JP-A-2-
No. 126946). In order to laminate the decorative sheet, it is indispensable to roll-press the laminated sheet with a flat plate hot press or thermal laminating. However, if the surface is mirror-finished, ordinary pigments will make the design deeper and three-dimensional. There was a drawback that it decreased or disappeared.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a vinyl chloride resin sheet containing 0.3 to 5% of titanium mica, in which one or both surfaces of a vinyl chloride resin sheet are formed with irregularities by roll embossing, and then a colored vinyl chloride sheet is laminated. And a method for producing a decorative composite sheet having a smooth surface by thermocompression bonding using a flat plate hot press or a roll press.

FIGS. 1 and 2 show schematic views of a roll embossing method according to the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1 or FIG. 2, a vinyl chloride resin sheet 3 containing 0.3 to 5% of titanium mica
One or both sides are embossed. The material of the embossing roll 1 to be used is not particularly limited as long as it can be embossed, such as silicone rubber, fluorine rubber, urethane rubber, and the like. The emboss roll may be heated for embossing the sheet surface. By embossing in this way, the surface of the sheet is made uneven, and since the titanium mica pigment is in a flat plate shape in conformity with the unevenness, the mica has a tilt, deepens the design, and gives a three-dimensional appearance. If the surface is embossed in this way by embossing, after the lamination thermocompression bonding described later, the inclination of the flat titanium mica remains, so a pattern similar to the concavo-convex pattern is formed, and the pattern is deep Has a three-dimensional design. As shown in FIG. 5, the dispersion state of the titanium mica 9 is such that the vertical axis 10 in the direction perpendicular to the plate surface of the titanium mica 9 faces substantially the same direction in an arbitrary unit portion in the plane direction of the vinyl chloride sheet 3, If the axial directions of adjacent arbitrary unit parts are dispersed so as to be different from each other, they are dispersed in a pattern. The colored vinyl chloride sheet 8 is pressed on the embossed titanium mica-dispersed vinyl chloride resin sheet 3 obtained above using a flat platen 5 or a heated mirror roll 7 to fuse and smooth the surface to make it mirror-finished. The colored vinyl chloride sheet 8 used here determines the background color of the decorative composite sheet 4, and the design and hue of the decorative composite sheet 4 are determined in combination with the titanium mica dispersed vinyl chloride sheet 3 by color selection. FIG. 3 shows a schematic diagram of the flat plate hot press. As shown in FIG. 3, the mirror plate 2 is sandwiched from both sides of the decorative composite sheet 3, and heating and pressing are performed by the hot platen 1 from both sides.

The mirror plate 6 can be made of any material as long as it does not impair the smoothness and mirror surface of the sheet. Generally, a mirror plate obtained by plating a metal plate of aluminum, stainless steel, iron or the like with chromium or the like is used. Used. Further, in order to prevent the mirror plate from being scratched or damaged, a cushion material such as a paper material may be laid between the hot platen 5 and the mirror plate 6. As shown in FIG. 4, the titanium mica-containing vinyl chloride sheet 3 and the colored vinyl chloride sheet 8 are passed through a mirror-finished roll 7 by a roll laminating method to smooth and mirror-finish the sheet. At this time, the mirror roll needs to be heated in order to fuse the sheet.
