2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, as a kind of a small paging wireless paging apparatus, a type having a built-in vibration generator has been widely used. In a device incorporating such a vibration generating device, by generating vibration instead of generating a ringing tone, for example, even when crowded or during a meeting, reception is possible without being known to others Can be confirmed. FIGS. 5 and 6 show an example of this type of conventional vibration generator. In these figures, reference numeral 1 denotes a small motor connected to a signal generation circuit of a small wireless device.
A brass bush 3 is press-fitted and fixed to the rotating shaft 2, and a fan-shaped plate-shaped vibrator 4 is bonded and fixed to the outer periphery of the bush 3 in an eccentric state. The vibrator 4 is formed of a metal having a high specific gravity such as a tungsten sintered alloy or an alloy thereof. Here, the reason why the vibrator 4 is not directly bonded to the rotating shaft 2 is because the vibrator 4 and the rotating shaft 2 have poor wettability to an adhesive, and a sufficient bonding strength cannot be obtained. is there. For this reason, in the above-mentioned conventional vibration generating device, the bonding strength is improved by interposing the brass bush 3 which is easily press-fitted and has good wettability to the adhesive.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to effectively solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and has been developed by using a motor and a powder metallurgy method eccentrically fixed to a rotating shaft of the motor.
Accordingly, a vibrator made of a high-density metal molded is provided, and the vibrator has a mounting hole formed at an eccentric position thereof, and a rotating shaft of the motor is inserted into the mounting hole, At the outer circumference of the rotating shaft, with respect to the plane containing the axis
At a position shifted toward the center of gravity of the vibrator, the vibrator is fixed to the rotating shaft by being caulked at one or more points from the other side in a state where one is in contact with a plane. It is.

According to the vibration generating apparatus for a small-sized wireless paging device having the above-mentioned structure, the vibrator is fixed by caulking to the rotating shaft of the motor, so that the assembling work is simplified and the influence of dirt on the bonding interface. Both are firmly joined without being subjected to the heat. At this time, in the caulking position of the vibrator, one of the vibrators is caulked by a punch or the like from the other side in a state where one of the vibrators is in contact with a flat surface. When the caulking position is displaced in the axial direction and a rotational moment or shear stress acts on the vibrator or the rotating shaft, there is no danger of causing undesired deformation or residual stress on them.

In addition, since the caulking position is set to a position shifted toward the center of gravity of the vibrator, the inner surface of the mounting hole comes into contact with the rotating shaft on the side opposite to the center of gravity of the vibrator. When the vibrator rotates, there is no gap in the direction of the load acting on the rotating shaft due to the centrifugal force, so that there is no possibility that rattling or the like occurs between the mounting hole and the rotating shaft.

Further, as the vibrator, W-Ni-based, W-Ni-Fe-based, W-Ni-C
If a super-polymerized gold material made of an u-based or W-Mo-Ni-Fe-based alloy or the like is used, a significantly higher malleability can be obtained as compared with other general alloys, and cracking when caulking is performed. There is no danger. Here, the reason for limiting the content of each of the above-described compositions will be described. When the amount of W (tungsten) exceeds 98% by weight, malleability is reduced, and cracks are generated during crimping, which is inappropriate. Conversely 89
If the amount is less than the weight%, a predetermined specific gravity cannot be obtained, which is inconvenient as a vibrator of this kind. When the amount of Ni (nickel) exceeds 11% by weight, a predetermined specific gravity cannot be obtained, and when the amount is less than 1.0% by weight, sinterability does not progress. Limited to. Further, Co (cobalt) has the same effect as Ni, but if it is less than 0.1% by weight, a sufficient effect of addition cannot be obtained, and if it exceeds 5% by weight, a corresponding effect cannot be obtained. It is uneconomical in manufacturing. Further, Cu powder and Fe powder are
Although the sintering temperature can be lowered by including these, the specific gravity cannot be obtained when the sintering temperature is higher than the above upper limit value. Therefore, the sintering temperature is limited to the above range.

In the vibration generator having the above structure, the vibrator 10 is fixed by caulking to the rotating shaft 2 of the motor 1, so that the assembling work is simplified, and the bush and the adhesive are used. This not only reduces costs but also facilitates application to automatic machines. In addition, at the time of the above-described crimping, the vibrator 10 is plastically deformed such that the inner surface of the mounting hole 11 contacts the surface of the rotating shaft 2 over a half circumference or more as shown by L in FIG. As a result, a large contact area between the vibrator 10 and the rotating shaft 2 is obtained, and as a result, both are firmly joined. At this time, since the joining strength between the vibrator 10 and the rotating shaft 2 is hardly affected by contamination at the joining interface, the frequency of occurrence of joining defects is reduced, and the yield is improved, in combination with the above-mentioned effects. . By the way, in this type of vibration generator, the vibrator 10 with a thickness of 4.63 mm having the above composition has an outer diameter of about 10 kg, whereas the vibrator 10 having the above composition has an outer diameter of about 10 kg. When swaged and fixed to the 0.8mm rotating shaft 2, the pull-out strength is 11.5kg

In addition, in the caulking position of the vibrator 10, one of the vibrators 10 is caulked by a punch or the like from the other side while one of the abutting portions is in contact with the flat surface 13 of the jig 12. In addition to the above, when the caulking positions from both sides are displaced in the axial direction and a rotational moment or shear stress acts on the vibrator 10 or the rotating shaft 2, there is a possibility that inconvenient deformation or residual stress may occur on these. And a strong fixation can be obtained. Further, since the caulking position is set to a position shifted toward the center of gravity of the vibrator 10, the inner surface of the mounting hole 11 is brought into contact with the rotating shaft 2 on the side opposite to the center of gravity of the vibrator 10. As a result, when the vibrator 10 rotates, there is no gap in the load direction acting on the rotating shaft 2 due to the centrifugal force, so that there is no danger that the mounting hole 11 and the rotating shaft 2 will be loosened. A decrease in durability is prevented.

As described above, the vibration generator for a small wireless paging device according to the present invention has a motor and a high ratio formed by a powder metallurgy method eccentrically fixed to the rotating shaft of the motor. A vibrator made of heavy metal, and a mounting hole is formed in the vibrator at an eccentric position, and a rotating shaft of the motor is inserted into the mounting hole, and an outer peripheral portion of the rotating shaft is provided. , The center of gravity of the oscillator with respect to the plane containing the axis
At the position shifted to the side , one is abutted against a plane and swaged at one or more points from the other side, so that it is fixed to the rotating shaft, so that assembly work is simplified and cost is reduced. The vibrator can be firmly attached to the rotating shaft because it can be reduced, there is almost no influence of dirt on the joining interface, and there is no risk of deformation or residual stress on the vibrator or rotating shaft during crimping. Can be fixed.

Further, since the caulking position is set at a position shifted toward the center of gravity of the vibrator, when the vibrator rotates, there is no gap in the load direction acting on the rotating shaft due to the centrifugal force of the vibrator. There is no danger that the backlash or the like will occur between the mounting hole and the rotating shaft, and the durability will be reduced.
