りにくくなる。 (3)特に異常発生に対する対処が早いので、希釈倍率
の精度の低下が防止され、安定した運転が継続できる。 (4)従来のように洗浄のためだけに薬液混入装置の設
置現場へ行く必要がなく、作業能率が向上する。

(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 主管に主管流量計と該主管に薬液を混入
する薬液供給ラインを接続し、該薬液供給ラインに薬液
流量計と流量調節弁を設置すると共に、前記主管の流量
と薬液供給ラインの流量との比率を制御装置に入力する
設定器を設け、薬液供給ラインの流量を該制御装置にて
所定比率の流量になるように自動的に前記流量調節弁を
調整する薬液混入装置において、 薬液供給ラインの洗浄必要箇所の下流側には前記主管の
適宜箇所と接続される洗浄水用自動弁を有する分岐流路
が設けられ、また該洗浄必要箇所の上流側には排出流路
を有する三方切換弁が設けられ、且つ該洗浄水用自動弁
および三方切換弁も前記制御装置により制御されること
を特徴とする薬液混入装置。

が設けられ、また該洗浄必要箇所の上流側には排出流路
を有する分岐点が設けられ、該分岐点の上流側流路と排
出流路には薬液用自動弁と排水用自動弁とがそれぞれ設
けられ、且つ該浄水用自動弁、薬液自動弁及び排水自動
弁も前記制御装置により制御されることを特徴とする薬
液混入装置。
