There are various problems in the conventional connection device between the pin receiving blade 2 formed of such a spring material and the lead wire 61 of the thermal fuse 6. That is, in the connection device of the soldering 21 and the spot welding 5, there is a problem that the thermal fuse is blown or semi-blown due to conduction heat at the time of soldering and spot welding. If the lead wire 61 is lengthened in order to avoid this problem, the contact resistance between the pin receiving blade 2 and the pin increases, and when the heat is abnormally generated, conduction heat decreases due to the longer lead wire 61, so that the thermal fuse 6 does not operate. And the connector itself becomes large. Also, the pin receiving blade 2 and the lead wire 6
1 has a drawback that the strength is weak when a tensile force or a peeling force is applied.

As shown in FIG. 6, the lead wire 61 is made of copper or a copper alloy and is very soft, and when it is crimped once, the lead wire 61 maintains its deformed state, but the spring material is used. The pin receiving blade 2 made of
However, after the biting operation is completed, springback occurs and loosening occurs as shown in FIG. Therefore, there was a problem that the contact resistance increased due to slight sliding wear during use and the thermal fuse 6 was prematurely blown.

According to the present invention, in order to achieve the above object, a pin or a pin receiving blade of a connector made of a spring material and a thermal fuse are connected by using both biting and spot welding. And the bite is provided between the thermal fuse and the spot welding.

According to the present invention, the heat at the time of spot welding is suppressed at the biting portion of the lead wire and is radiated through the pin or the pin receiving blade, and the conduction of the thermal fuse is reduced. Even if the biting portion is loosened, the lead wire is welded, so that there is no increase in contact resistance due to fine sliding wear.

The reference numerals shown in the figures and the same reference numerals in the conventional example are the same. As shown in FIG. 1, reference numeral 2 denotes a pin receiving blade formed of a spring material. The pin receiving blade 2 bites the lead wire 61 of the thermal fuse 6 with the pin receiving blade and then performs spot welding 5. Here, the biting position is made between the temperature fuse 6 and the spot welding 5. 1a is a rib of the connector case 1,
The pin receiving blade 2 is held. The lead wire 62 of the thermal fuse 6 is bitten with the lead wire 8 by the bite 7. 9 is a cord bushing, 10 is a cord, and these constitute a connector on the pin receiving blade 2 side.

The operation of the above configuration will be described. Bite 4
This protects against mechanical stress such as pulling force or peeling force, and at the time of spot welding 5, before the heat of welding is conducted to the thermal fuse 6 side, the bite 4 portion moves to the pin receiving blade 2 side. The conductive pin is used, and the pin receiving blade 2 serves as a heat sink, keeping the temperature fuse 6 at about 40 ° C. or less, and there is no problem when using the temperature fuse 6 having a fusing temperature of about 100 ° C. That is, since the contact area between the pin receiving blade 2 and the lead wire 61 at the biting portion is much larger than the cross-sectional area of the lead wire 61, the difference in the amount of heat conduction is large.
When the bite 4 alone is used, the contact resistance increases due to the fine sliding wear caused by the springback, but the fine sliding wear is eliminated by the spot welding 5, and the electrical connection is safe and stable.

FIG. 2 shows another embodiment of the present invention, in which a lead wire 171 of a thermal fuse 17 is bitten 16 on a pin 12 made of a spring material and spot-welded at the tip end thereof. Reference numeral 13 denotes a pin 12

As described above, according to the embodiment of the present invention, the connection between the pin of the connector or the pin receiving blade formed of the spring material and the lead wire of the thermal fuse is performed by biting and spot welding. Since the position is set between the temperature fuse and the spot welding position, it is small and resistant to mechanical stress, it can secure electrical connection, and there is no soldering, so there is no risk of erroneous melting. A stable connector can be obtained.
