(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 予め型抜き工程において打抜製品の外周
縁に沿って切断部と残留部とからなる打抜ラインを設け
た材料シートを、外脱装置の対向する上下型の間に載置
し、上型を下型へと近接移動させて該上型の基板より突
設した打抜材により材料シートの打抜屑を下型の外面よ
り突き落とし、上記残留部を切り離すことにより打抜屑
を打抜製品より分離する打抜屑の外脱装置において、 上記材料シートを載置する下型の外端面に対向させて、
上記打抜屑より広い間隔をあけて支え板用の固定台を設
け、該固定台の内端面より下型側に突出する弾性を有す
る支え板を設け、該支え板の先端が上記打抜屑の外側下
面に当接して打抜屑を支えるようにし、かつ、 該支え板を下型の外端面に沿って所要間隔をあけて突設
し、少なくとも上記支え板で支えられる材料シートの打
抜ライン上には残留部を位置させ、さらに、 上記支え板で支える部分の打抜屑用の打抜材は薄板状と
して上記打抜ラインに沿って上型基板より突設している
ことを特徴とする紙器打抜装置における打抜屑の外脱装
置。
