Description of the Related Art Aspartame (chemical name: α-L-aspartyl-L-phenylalanine methyl ester) has good sweetness and 200 times the sweetness of sucrose, and is expected to be used in various foods. It is a calorie sweetener. However, on the other hand, it has the disadvantage of poor dispersibility and solubility in water.

No. 1669 discloses a method in which aspartame is dispersed in a liquid sugar alcohol to form a slurry. Glycerin and propylene glycol are solvents for food additive preparations and are generally used as solvents for flavors.

In addition, there is a problem that the compound is difficult to be uniformly dispersed in the candy, and it is difficult to stabilize the quality of the candy. Further, in the method disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 59-31669, in which aspartame is dispersed in a liquid sugar alcohol and used as a slurry, water derived from the sugar alcohol is added to the candy, thereby shortening the product life of the candy. And physical properties such as hygroscopicity and crystallinity caused by the sugar alcohol used as the dispersion solvent affect the properties of the candy to be produced. In order to avoid this problem, when the sugar alcohol used as a dispersion solvent is made as small as possible, the slurry becomes extremely high in viscosity, and in the process of producing a poured candy,
It is not suitable for continuous mixing.

As a method for uniformly and continuously adding and blending aspartame, it has been found that the above object can be sufficiently achieved by dispersing the compound in a solvent for food additive preparations, preferably glycerin and / or propylene glycol.

It is manufactured by charging the candy dough, supplying it to a deposit hopper, and pouring it into a mold in a fixed amount.

When the amount is less than 2 parts by weight, the amount of glycerin and / or propylene glycol used as a dispersion solvent increases because a certain amount of the compound is added, which affects the taste of candy. If the amount exceeds 10 parts by weight, it becomes difficult to pump the dispersion by a pump, and it becomes impossible to continuously and uniformly disperse the dispersion in candy dough. The candy dough in the present invention is a normal dough composed of sugar and starch syrup, a dough composed of sugar and sugar alcohol,
Any dough composed only of sugar alcohol may be used.
