はATOデ−タ伝送ル−プ7に送られた後方インチング
指令を受信してATO車上装置17に送る。ATO車上
装置17は後方インチング指令が送られると前後進制御
装置18を後進側に切り換える(ステップS6)。この
後進側への切り換えを確認したATO車上装置17は列
車1の後方インチング状態情報を駅ATOアンテナ12
とATOデ−タ伝送ル−プ7,ATOデ−タ送受信器4
5及びATOデ−タ伝送装置36を介して運行管理装置
31に送る(ステップS7)。運行管理装置31は送ら
れた列車1の後方インチング状態情報を運行表示盤32
に表示する。この表示を運転指令員が確認すると、運転
指令員は遠隔手動操作盤34から後方インチング速度指
令を入力する(ステップS8,S9)。運行管理装置3
