Description
【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、人工歯に関する。
人工歯に於ける歯根部が、歯槽骨等に対して与える影
響は、極めて大きい。

特に咀嚼時に於いて歯冠部を介して歯根部に伝わる力
は、局所的集中性が高いことから、歯槽骨を破損させる
に至らしめるものであった。これら、人工歯が受ける様
々な物理的揺動を歯根部へ伝達させない方法として、歯
根部と歯冠部との接触部分にこれら揺動を吸収するゴ
ム、樹脂を配置したものが提案されている。しかしなが
ら、ゴム、樹脂等では劣化が著しく長期間の使用には耐
えられないものであった。

根部と歯冠部との接触部分にこれら揺動を吸収するゴ

ら、ゴム、樹脂等では劣化が著しく長期間の使用には耐
えられないものであった。
上記に鑑み本発明は、咀嚼力等によって生じる物理的
揺動に対処し、歯槽骨等、生体組織を傷つけることなく
長期間使用可能な人工歯の提供を目的とする。本発明
は、歯冠部と歯根部の間に超弾性合金を配置することに
より、歯冠部から歯根部へ伝達する上記物理的揺動をす
ばやく吸収し、しかも劣化が少ないことから長期間安定
した利用が可能である等の特徴を有する。
揺動に対処し、歯槽骨等、生体組織を傷つけることなく
長期間使用可能な人工歯の提供を目的とする。本発明
は、歯冠部と歯根部の間に超弾性合金を配置することに
より、歯冠部から歯根部へ伝達する上記物理的揺動をす
ばやく吸収し、しかも劣化が少ないことから長期間安定
した利用が可能である等の特徴を有する。
次に本発明の形状乃至構造を説明する。第１図は歯冠
部（Ａ）を歯根部（Ｃ）に覆わせる際、その接触部に厚
さ数（mm）のNi−Ti性の超弾性合金（Ｂ）を配置したも
のである。超弾性合金（Ｂ）は、数枚の板状体を、歯根
部（Ｃ）頭部の形状に合わせて重ねて加工したものであ
る。超弾性合金（Ｂ）は接着剤等で、歯根部（Ｃ）頭部
に接着させてもよいが、単に歯根部と歯冠部との機械的
結合時、一緒に挟み込んでもよい。
部（Ａ）を歯根部（Ｃ）に覆わせる際、その接触部に厚
さ数（mm）のNi−Ti性の超弾性合金（Ｂ）を配置したも
のである。超弾性合金（Ｂ）は、数枚の板状体を、歯根
部（Ｃ）頭部の形状に合わせて重ねて加工したものであ
る。超弾性合金（Ｂ）は接着剤等で、歯根部（Ｃ）頭部
に接着させてもよいが、単に歯根部と歯冠部との機械的
結合時、一緒に挟み込んでもよい。
第２図は、歯根部（Ｃ）に歯冠部（Ａ）を差し込む構
造を持つものに対し、超弾性合金（Ｂ）を介在させた場
合の実施例を示すものである。歯根部（Ｃ）と歯冠部
（Ａ）とが接触しそうな個所は全て、超弾性合金（Ｂ）
を介在させ、歯冠部が受ける力を歯根部（Ｃ）に伝達さ
せないようにしている。超弾性合金（Ｂ）とは、形状記
憶合金を含むものであって、例えばNi−Ti合金……Cu−
Zn−AL合金、Au−Cd合金等々がある。しかし、耐食性や
強度生体との適合性の点でNi−Ti合金が望ましい。

合の実施例を示すものである。歯根部（Ｃ）と歯冠部
（Ａ）とが接触しそうな個所は全て、超弾性合金（Ｂ）
を介在させ、歯冠部が受ける力を歯根部（Ｃ）に伝達さ
せないようにしている。超弾性合金（Ｂ）とは、形状記
憶合金を含むものであって、例えばNi−Ti合金……Cu−
Zn−AL合金、Au−Cd合金等々がある。しかし、耐食性や
強度生体との適合性の点でNi−Ti合金が望ましい。
第３図は、実際に本発明を生体組織に植設した時の模
式的な図である。歯根部（Ｃ）には歯冠部（Ａ）から伝
達されて来る揺動によって生じる抜け等を阻止する為の
らせん状の突起が設けてある。歯冠部（Ａ）と歯根部
（Ｃ）との間には、Ni−Ti合金製の超弾性合金（Ｂ）が
配置されている。

以上、説明の如く本発明は、歯根部と歯冠部との接触
面に超弾性合金を介在せしめた構成により、歯冠部が受
けた力を歯根部に伝えることがなくしかも超弾性合金は
劣化しないことから、長期間の使用に耐えられる等の効
果を有するものである。
