Therefore, the present inventors have found that the construction of a new concrete floor on the existing floor is the same as the conventional one, requiring a long construction time and a high cost. Using the unit floorboard, the unit floorboard mounting table whose height can be adjusted is installed at the required places on the existing floor, and the unit floorboard is mounted and fixed on it, and the wiring space under the floor A method for easily constructing a floor having a floor and a unit floor plate mounting table were invented earlier (see Japanese Patent Application No. 2-36086). In order to implement this method, it is necessary to fix and install the unit floor plate mounting table at a predetermined position. In the above invention, the following two methods have been proposed as a method for fixing the position of the unit floor plate mounting table. A first invention is a method of fastening a unit floor plate mounting table to an existing floor. In the second method, a groove-shaped horizontal positioning member is attached to each of the bases of the adjacent unit floor plate mounting tables, and the tips thereof are opposed to each other, and can be fitted and slid on the positioning member. The distance adjusting member of the shape is fitted to the positioning members on both sides across the two front ends, and the lip formed thereon is folded over the side wall of the positioning member to be immobilized so that the gap between the two unit floor plate mounting tables is immobilized. And fix this
This is a method of fixing the position of one unit floor mounting table by performing the operation between the plurality of unit floor mounting tables.

Fixing the position of the unit floor plate mounting table does not hinder its implementation by the above two methods. However, the first method is rather troublesome for tacking, and the second method is to adjust the distance between the positioning member and the positioning member. There is a place where complete prevention of sliding with the member for use is lacking, and there is no doubt that there is anxiety about the fixation of the unit floorboard mounting table interval and therefore the completeness of the fixation of the position. The present invention
It is an object of the present invention to improve the latter method and more completely and easily fix the unit floor plate mounting table interval.

A preferred example of such a unit floor mounting table will be described with reference to the drawings. Unit floor mounting table 1 shown in FIGS. 6 and 7
Is as follows. That is, the base 2 is composed of a bottom plate 3 placed on the existing floor surface and a bolt 4 fixed vertically to the center of the bottom plate 3. The mounting plate 5 is a plate-like body, and a female screw which is threaded through the center of the mounting plate 5 is screwed into the bolt 4 as shown in FIG. Structure. In order to rotate the mounting plate 5 with an appropriate tool having a claw, a hole 5a that engages with the claw is preferably formed in the upper surface of the mounting plate 5. As shown in FIG. 6, the holding plate 6 is screwed to and removed from the bolt 4 by a female screw threaded in a bag nut shape on the inner surface of a tubular portion 6b vertically projecting from the center of the lower surface of the circular plate 6a. It is freely movable and moves downward by rotation when screwed into
The mounting position of the unit floor plate 9 placed thereon is pressed and fixed by the lower surface of the circular plate 6a, and in this state, the upper surface of the circular plate 6a is substantially flush with the new floor surface. I have. Therefore, are designed to be approximately same as the height t 2 of the step provided in置個office placing the thickness t 1 and the unit floor plate 9 of the circular plate 6a, the upper surface of the circular plate 6a necessarily plane However, for example, it may be a curved surface having a slightly convex surface. It is preferable that a hole 6c similar to the hole 5a of the mounting plate 5 is formed in the upper surface of the circular plate 6a in order to facilitate the work of rotating and tightening. The screwing of the holding plate 6 to the bolt 4 is performed at a portion below the lower surface of the circular plate 6a.
The upper surface is almost flush with the upper surface of the new floor panel. 6 and 7, the unit floor plate mounting table 1 having the bottom plate 3 forming a contour as a flat plate is hereinafter referred to as a first mode.

Next, as another example of the unit floor plate mounting table 1, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, a direction toward the bottom plate 3 of the unit floor plate mounting table 1 which is arranged adjacent to each other (in the illustrated example, at 90 ° intervals). Of 4
(In two directions), a groove 3a with a predetermined width is formed from the peripheral edge of the bottom plate 3, and the other portions are the same as those of the unit floor plate mounting table 1 described above. In this example, a side wall 3b having the same height as the side wall of the ripped groove 3a is formed on the periphery of the bottom plate 3 other than the ripped groove 3a. Such a bottom plate 3 is usually manufactured from a single metal plate for efficiency, and a thin metal plate may be used to facilitate the manufacture. When the support strength of the bolt 4 is uncertain, the bolt 4 is not fixed to the bottom plate 3 of the unit floor mounting table 1 shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, and the bottom plate 3 is not fixed as shown in FIG. It is preferable to use a thick plate 3c having a shape fitted into the space surrounded by the side wall 3b and the bolt 4 fixed thereto. 8 and 9
A unit floor plate mounting table 1 having a bottom plate 3 having a plurality of ripped grooves 3a formed on the periphery as shown in the drawing is hereinafter referred to as a second embodiment.

The shape of the unit floor panel 9 is generally a quadrangle such as a square or a rectangle as shown in FIG. 12, but a shape such as a polygon that can be laid without gaps can be adopted. When the size of the unit floor panel 9 is a right-angled quadrilateral, one side can be arbitrarily set, for example, 45 cm, 90 cm, 180 cm, etc.
The same applies to polygons. As shown in FIG. 12, a corner portion is firstly adopted as a place for mounting on the mounting table 5. If one side of the unit floor plate 9 is small, for example, about 45 cm, it is sufficient to mount only this corner. At the center of the new floor, as shown by the dashed line in FIG. 7, the corners of the unit floor plate 9 are placed on the mounting plate 5 of the unit floor mounting table 1 around the bolts 4 in abutting manner. As shown in FIG. 12, the unit floor plate 9 is cut off including the apex of the corner of the unit floor plate 9 as an engaging portion between the holding plate 6 and the base 2, that is, a portion corresponding to the bolt 4, so that the unit floor plate 9 is placed avoiding the bolt 4. I can do it. However, when the peripheral edge of the special structure is not used near the wall in the room, the vertex of the corner is included as shown in the lower side in FIG. 13 of the limit of the position to be installed on the existing floor of the unit floor mounting table 1. Instead, the portion that has entered inside is cut off, and two corners are placed adjacent to one unit floor plate mounting table 1. In addition, when the peripheral edge of the special structure is not used even in the corner of the room, a position not including the vertex of the corner is cut off as shown in the upper part of FIG. 13 and one corner is placed alone. . When the unit floor plate 9 is large, a portion near the edge and / or the center of the unit floor plate 9 is used as a place for mounting on the mounting table 5 in addition to the corner, and cut or punched including the edge. Then, the portion corresponding to the bolt is removed and placed. Although the material of the unit floor plate 9 is not limited, it is preferable to use a foamed aluminum plate (for example, Shinko Kogyo Kogyo Co., Ltd., trade name: Alporus) as the core material, which is lightweight, has high strength, and is processed by cutting or punching. This is particularly preferred because of the ease with which it is produced.

The mounting plate 5 of each unit floor plate mounting table 1 is adjusted up and down, and the upper surface thereof is provided with a space for wiring between the floor and the existing floor as shown in FIG.
Set 10 and align on the same horizontal plane. The height of this space depends on the objects wired in this space,
It is preferable that the thickness be 17 mm or more in consideration of an optical fiber or the like. The above operation can be easily performed by stretching a string at a desired horizontal position and fitting the upper surface of the mounting plate 5 to the string. Next, with the holding plate 6 removed from the bolts 4 of the base 2 from the unit floor mounting tables 1, the mounting location of the unit floor plate 9 on each mounting plate 5 is fixed to the position of the holding plate 6 and the base 2. It is placed avoiding the engaging portion, that is, the bolt 4.

The other member of the two members is a groove-shaped locking member 8, for example, a groove-shaped locking member having a plate thickness of about 0.3 mm as shown in FIGS. Made of thin metal plate,
The has a web width of the perforated positioning member 7 simply by fitting-grounding w 'and flange height h 2 (h 2> h 1 ) in its groove, and the protrusion piece 8aa is perforated on its web 8a The hole positioning member 7 has a shape that fits into the fitting hole 7a of the fitting hole row, and is formed at the corresponding position by overhanging or the like. The contour of the projection 8aa does not necessarily have to be the same as the fitting hole 7a, and may be two cylindrical projections having a radius of curvature r 'inscribed at both ends of the fitting hole 7a as shown in the figure. In this case, the length l 'between the two ends of the two projection pieces 8aa fitted in one fitting hole 7a corresponds to the major axis l of the fitting hole 7a. (W and w '), (l and l'), (i and i '),
(R and r ') are in a dimensional relationship in which the perforated positioning member 7 and the groove-shaped locking member 8 are fitted.

When the perforated positioning member 7 and the groove-shaped locking member 8 are ready, the perforated positioning member 7 is preliminarily attached to the unit floor plate mounting table 1.
To the base 2 with the following positional relationship. That is, on a straight line connecting adjacent predetermined installation positions of the unit floorboard mounting table 1 (even when the installation position hits the edge of the unit floorboard 9, it is not always necessary to connect the edge along the edge). The ends of the member 7 on the side where the fitting hole row is bored (if the hole is positioned over the entire length of the perforated positioning member 7 may be on either side), the ends are opposed to each other with a gap. In addition, as shown in FIG. 5, both sides are located at the position of the fitting hole 7a of one common fitting hole row supposed over the position of the hole positioning member 7 on both sides including the gap s. When the fitting holes 7a of the hole positioning members 7 are matched, in other words, when the gap s for the hole positioning members 7 on both sides is filled to form one hole positioning member 7, both sides are formed. One fitting hole row to which the fitting hole row connects (if the fitting hole 7a should exist in the portion of the gap s, The base of the perforated positioning member 7 is positioned on the unit floor plate mounting table in a positional relationship with the unit floor plate mounting table 1 placed at the predetermined installation position when the fitting hole 7a is formed. Attach it to 1. Such a positional relationship is such that if the fitting hole row (the type and the size of the fitting hole repeating unit) is constant, the interval between adjacent installation positions of the unit floor plate mounting table 1 and the unit floor plate mounting table on the opposing partner side. 1 varies depending on the position of the fitting hole row of the perforated positioning member 7 attached to the hole 1. Therefore, in order to reduce such fluctuation factors in practice, the unit floor panel 9 is preferably a quadrilateral,
It is more preferable to use a regular quadrilateral as shown in FIG. 12 and to set one or two kinds of adjacent intervals between adjacent installation positions (a gap other than this constant interval at the edge of a wall or at the end of a line is unavoidable. It is preferable that the number of positional relationships between the unit floor plate mounting table 1 and the perforated positioning member 7 and the number of lengths of the perforated positioning member 7 be reduced as much as possible. Regarding the length of the perforated positioning member 7, if it overlaps when it is opposed from both sides, the connection by the groove-shaped locking member 8 becomes impossible, so that it is sufficient that at least the gap s is generated. Since it is not necessary to strictly define the length of s, it is advantageous in manufacturing the actual perforated positioning member 7.

When the unit floor plate mounting table 1 is in the second mode, the base of the perforated positioning member 7 is first fitted into the groove 3a with a lip until a predetermined stop position. The stop position is, for example, in the case of FIG. 10 until the base comes in contact with the thick plate 3c, or in the absence of the thick plate 3c, with the stopper or bolt 4 which is appropriately positioned and provided. Next, the lip or the lip of the lip groove 3a or the lip and the flange are appropriately folded on the perforated positioning member 7 as shown in FIG. 11, for example. preferably, it keeps tailored to h 1 the thickness of the hole positioning member 7). In this case, since the edge of the thick plate 3c, that is, the position of the stopper or the bolt 4 with which the base of the perforated positioning member 7 contacts, is fixed, the positional relationship between the unit floor plate mounting table 1 and the perforated positioning member 7 is determined. Is fixed.

Each unit floor plate mounting table 1 having the perforated positioning member 7 attached thereto is placed at a substantially predetermined installation position adjacent thereto, and the perforated positioning member 7 is mounted on the unit floor plate mounting table of the perforated positioning member 7. As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the unit floor plate mounting table 1 is set to be adjacent to the unit floor plate mounting table 1 with an installation position interval therebetween as a condition when the positional relationship with the unit floor table 1 is determined. The ends are opposed to each other. At this time, a gap s is generated between the ends. Next, the groove-shaped locking member 8 is positioned over the perforated positioning members 7, 7 on both sides, and the perforated positioning member 7 is fitted into the groove. The fitting holes 7a of the positioning members 7, 7 on both sides in the state of facing each other form one continuous row of fitting holes, and the protruding piece of the groove-shaped locking member 8 is formed. 8aa is formed in advance so as to fit in the above-mentioned row of fitting holes, so that the groove-shaped locking member 8 is fitted with the hole-positioning member 7 fitted as described above.
Is adjusted, the respective projections 8aa can be fitted into the fitting holes 7a as shown in FIG. 5 over the perforated positioning members 7 on both sides. When the projections 8aa are fitted in the fitting holes 7a in this way, the flanges 8b of the groove-shaped locking members 8 are folded over the perforated positioning members 7 on both sides as shown in FIG. This operation can be performed by hand without using any special tool because the groove-shaped locking member 8 is a thin plate.
Due to this folding, the fitted state of the projection piece 8aa and the fitting hole 7a does not come off, so that the perforated positioning member 7 and the grooved locking member 8 cannot slide, and the perforated positioning on both sides is impossible. Members 7 are firmly connected, and accordingly, the unit floor plate mounting tables 1, 1 on both sides are connected.
The spacing is fixed.

As described in detail above, the method of the present invention is used when a floor having a wiring space under the floor is fixed at a predetermined installation position on an existing floor with a unit floor plate mounting table fixed thereon, and a unit floor plate is mounted thereon and newly installed. Then, a perforated positioning member is attached to the unit floor plate mounting table, the ends of the perforated positioning members of the adjacent unit floor plate mounting tables are opposed to each other, and one groove-shaped engagement is provided over both the fitting holes. The gap between adjacent unit floor plate mounting tables is fixed by preventing the disengagement of the fitted state by the simple work of fitting and locking the projecting piece of the member for use and folding the flange by hand. Therefore, it is very easy to mount the unit floorboard on the unit floorboard mounting table fixed in position in this way and to newly construct a floor. Even if there is a gap between the ends of the two opposing perforated positioning members, there is no problem at all in connecting them, so that there is no trouble in strictly controlling the length. In addition, if the unit floor plate mounting table on which a small number of types of perforated positioning members are prepared in advance by standardizing the fitting hole rows and lengths of perforated positioning members is prepared, the work at the construction site is further improved. Easy.
