(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 間欠回転及び左右往復移動をする苗床搬
送コンベヤと、間欠回転する定植パネル搬送コンベヤと
を上下に並設してその苗床搬送コンベヤにより水耕苗床
を、定植パネル搬送コンベヤにより定植パネルをそれぞ
れ前方へ移送し、上記苗床搬送コンベヤ及び上記定植パ
ネル搬送コンベヤの停止中に、上記苗床搬送コンベヤ上
の水耕苗床の前端部を上下作動する苗床押え具により下
圧し該水耕苗床の前端列の数個置きの床片をそれぞれ移
送開閉挟み具により挟持して切離し前方へ移送して挿入
開閉挟み具に供給し、次いで、上記供給床片を上記挿入
開閉挟み具により挟持して下方へ移送し上記定植パネル
搬送コンベヤ上の定植パネルの穴内に挿入して植付ける
と共に、上記苗床搬送コンベヤが上記水耕苗床の床片の
幅だけ左方または右方へ移動して上記定植パネル搬送コ
ンベヤが上記定植パネルの穴の前後間隔だけ回転し、順
次、上記と同様に上記苗床搬送コンベヤ上の水耕苗床の
前端列の切離した床片の隣りの床片をそれぞれ切離して
定植パネル搬送コンベヤ上の定植パネルの穴内に植付け
ると共に、苗床搬送コンベヤが左方または右方へ移動し
て定植パネル搬送コンベヤが回転し、上記苗床搬送コン
ベヤ上の水耕苗床の前端列の床片の植付けが終ると上記
苗床押え具が上昇して上記苗床搬送コンベヤにより上記
水耕苗床をその床片の長さだけ前方へ移送し、自動的に
順次、上記の苗床搬送コンベヤ上の水耕苗床の前端列に
おける床片の植付け作用を繰返して上記苗床搬送コンベ
ヤ上の水耕苗床の床片を上記定植パネル搬送コンベヤ上
の定植パネルの穴内にそれぞれ植付けることを特徴とす
る水耕苗の自動定植方法。

に間欠的に往復移動させる作動機構と、上記苗床搬送コ
ンベヤの前端部上方に位置し上下作動してその苗床搬送
コンベヤ上の水耕苗床の前端部を下圧する苗床押え具と
より成ることを特徴とする水耕苗の自動定植装置。
