締付けに伴い該ダブルフレアー部に捩れ方向の応力と挾
圧による薄肉化を生じ、加振状態下にあってその首下部
に疲労等による亀裂、折損や漏れを誘発する傾向にある
等の問題を有するものであった。 本発明は従来技術の有する前記問題に鑑みてなされた
ものであり、エアドライバ等の自動螺着機の使用を可能

係合溝内部に圧接するように構成した金属配管接続用継
手を特徴とするものである。 また本発明の第2の実施態様は、軸芯部にシール部材
を備えた流通孔を貫設した継手本体の配管との接続当接
部をなす内部の座面部を設け、且つ該座面部に連って前
記配管の接続側に設けた外方への環状膨出壁部の背面に
係圧する傾斜面による断面三角形状の係合溝を対向して
設けた一対からなる突出壁を有して形成せしめ、該突出
壁の少なくとも一方を開閉自在となし、接続状態にあっ
て前記配管の径方向に該突出壁部を相互にボルトにより
固定することにより前記膨出壁部を係合溝内部に圧接す
ると共に、前記膨出壁より延びる先端の外周に前記シー
ル部材を圧接して構成した金属配管接続用継手を特徴と
するものである。 そして本発明においては、前記配管の膨出壁部の背面
にテーパ付きワッシャーを設けて構成することが好まし
い。 (作 用) 本発明はこのように構成されているため、配管の接続
に際して継手本体に設けた少なくとも一方の突出壁部を
開いた状態で該配管の接続側の膨出壁部を係合溝部に差
し込み、しかる後に該突出壁部を閉じて相互に固定する
ことにより、膨出壁部を係合溝内部にあって軸芯方向に
簡易に圧接せしめることとなるため、例え前記突出壁部
相互を螺着により固定する場合でも螺子軸芯に障害とな
るものがなく軸芯方向から1回の脱着ですむラチェット
レンチや自動螺着機の使用を可能として組付け性を大幅
に改善し、且つ膨張壁部での捩れによる応力がなく接続
することができ、従って加振状態下でもその首下部での
亀裂、折損を効果的に軽減することができ、また組付け
不良を防止して膨出壁部への係圧力を略均一となすと共
に、該膨出壁部での潰れ、変形の憂いがなく再度の接続
使用を支障なく行うことができることとなる。 (実施例) 以下、本発明の実施例を図面に基づいて説明すれば、

向に開閉自在に構成されるものであり、配管(P)の接
続状態にあって配管(P)の径方向に該突出壁部を相互
に六角穴付きボルト(7)や十字ボルト等により固定す
ることにより膨出壁(P')部を係合溝(5)内部に軸芯
方向に圧接して接続構成するものである。尚第3図のよ
うに配管(P)の先端(Pa)を流通孔(2)側へ突出す
るよう構成すると位置決めが容易となる。又、第4図に
おいて(8)はテーパ付きワッシャーであり、接続時に
環状膨出部(P')の座面部(3)への押圧をより確実に
するものである。 更に第5図のようにシール部材(4)を流通孔(2)
側に設け前記先端(Pa)の外周に圧接するよう構成する
と座面部(3)とシール部とが別となり、シール部材
(4)の耐久性を増すことができる。 又、ボルト(7)は第6図(イ)及び(ロ)のように
配管(P)に軸芯方向に固定することもできる。 (発明の効果) 以上述べた通り本発明によれば、特に継手本体(1)
に設けた一対からなる突出壁(1′、1″)の少なくと
もその一方を開閉自在となし、また接続状態にあって前
記配管(P)の径方向に該突出壁部を相互にボルト
(7)により固定する構成であるために自動螺着機等の
使用が可能となるため組付け性が著しく改善され、且つ
背面からの軸芯方向への係圧に伴って金属配管(P)の
外方への環状膨出壁(P′)部を継手本体(1)の係合
溝(5)内部に圧接するように構成するため、接続に際
して環状膨出壁(P′)部での捩れによる応力がなく、

裂、折損を効果的に防止することができ、同時に組付け

壁(P′)部の潰れ、変形の生ずる憂いがなく、配管
