When tightening a nut, it is not possible to use a ratchet wrench or an automatic screwing machine from the front side in the axial direction, and it takes a lot of man-hours and time to tighten it from the side of the nut by repeatedly attaching and detaching it using manual tools such as spanners and adjustable wrenches. Tightening with a large amount of force not only causes trouble, but also causes problems when tightening is done evenly, resulting in poor assembly.
On the other hand, excessive tightening causes double flare (ho
), resulting in soaking and deformation at the pipe (P:), making it impossible to reconnect the pipe (P:) after removal. In addition, when the piping (P-) is connected (at this point), the nut (14) is directly tightened in the rotating direction to the double flare (Plo) surface, resulting in a thin wall due to stress in the torsional direction and clamping pressure on the double flare part. The problem is that the lower part of the neck tends to crack, break, or leak due to fatigue when subjected to vibration.

することを目的とするものて′ある。The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and enables the use of an automatic screw-fastening machine such as an air driver, and eliminates the stress caused by twisting in the bulging wall, thereby preventing cracks in the lower part of the neck. At the same time, it prevents breakage, and at the same time prevents assembly defects during connection, making the holding force approximately equal, and also prevents crushing and deformation at the bulging wall, so that the pipe can be connected and used again without any problems. The purpose of this paper is to propose a joint for connecting metal pipes that can be used to connect metal pipes.

It is formed with a protruding wall, at least one of the protruding walls can be opened and closed, and when the protruding wall parts are fixed to each other in a connected state, the protruding wall part is pressed into contact with the inside of the engagement groove. A joint for connecting metal pipes configured as shown in FIG. The projecting wall includes a pair of opposing engaging grooves having a triangular cross section and having an inclined surface that applies pressure to the rear surface of the outward annular bulging wall provided on the connection side of the pipe. At least one of the protruding walls is formed to be openable and closable, and by fixing the protruding walls to each other in a connected state, the bulging wall part is pressed into contact with the inside of the engagement groove, and the bulging wall part is pressed into contact with the inside of the engagement groove. The gist of this joint is a metal pipe connection joint constructed by press-fitting a sealing member to the outer periphery of the tip extending from the wall, and further includes a tapered washer on the back surface of the bulging wall portion of the self-pipe. There are many configurations. .

1重用を支障なく行うことかて゛きることとなる。(Function) Since the present invention is configured as described above, when connecting a pipe, at least one protruding wall provided on the joint body is opened, and the protruding wall on the connection side of the pipe is connected to the engagement groove. 1. By inserting the protruding wall into the engagement groove and then fixing the protruding wall to each other, the protruding wall can be easily press-contacted in the axial direction within the engagement groove. When fixing parts to each other by screwing, there is no obstacle to the screw axis, and it is possible to use a ratchet wrench or an automatic screw setting machine, which can be installed and removed once from the axis direction, greatly simplifying assembly. Furthermore, it can be connected without stress due to torsion at the bulging wall, and therefore cracks and breakage at the lower part of the neck can be effectively reduced even under vibration conditions, and incorrect assembly can be avoided. This makes it possible to make the retaining force on the bulging wall approximately uniform, and also allows the bulging wall to be connected again for single use without any problems, without worrying about soaking or deformation.
