[0005] Such a repair method,
In particular, by using the repair method described in Japanese Patent No. 2687096 using a curable resin material, a lining layer having a smooth inner surface can be easily formed, and the straight wall portion and the inclined wall portion on the inner surface of the manhole can be reliably repaired. Although it can be used, it takes a lot of man-hours to repair the bottom part (inverted part) of the inner surface of the manhole and the intermediate ceiling part (slab part) composed of many manhole structures by this repair method. Therefore, in many cases, the repair of the bottom portion and the intermediate ceiling portion is performed by applying an epoxy putty. Therefore, the appearance after the repair is not good, and a sufficient water stopping effect cannot be secured in many cases.

In order to achieve this object, a manhole repairing method according to the present invention is a manhole repairing method for repairing the inside of a manhole by attaching a plastic repairing material to the inner surface of the manhole, comprising the steps of: Through the compressible porous layer containing, and by regulating the compression amount of the porous layer by compression amount regulating means to press the plastic repair material against the inner surface of the manhole, the plastic repair material, The pressure is maintained until the curable resin is cured, and the resin is adhered to the inner surface of the manhole. More specifically, the present invention provides a plastic repair material in which a compressible porous layer containing a curable resin is formed on the outer surface side, that is, on the side to be attached to the inner surface of the manhole, A state in which the plastic repair material is pressed so that the layer is pressed against the inner surface of the manhole while the compression amount is regulated by the compression amount regulating means, and the plastic repair material is pressed until the curable resin is cured. And is adhered to the inner surface of the manhole. In many cases, the repair material is formed by forming a thin repair material body made of a plastic having a porous layer on the outer surface, particularly preferably made of a fiber-reinforced plastic, and applying the porous material at the repair site or in a factory. Although it is constituted by including a liquid or fluid curable resin, the repair material itself may be formed at the repair site. As the curable resin, a thermosetting resin can also be used. For example, a repair material is provided with a porous layer containing a thermosetting resin on the outer surface of a plastic bag-like or bottomed tubular repair material body. The repair material is pressed from the inside of the repair material body with the pressurized heating fluid, the porous layer formed on the outer surface side is pressed against the inner surface of the manhole, and the thermosetting impregnated in this porous layer The repair method of curing the conductive resin is also an object of the present invention. As the curable resin, a room-temperature curable resin that does not require the use of a special curing mechanism at the repair site is preferable. For example, an epoxy resin, an acrylic resin, a urethane resin, a polyester resin, or a silicone resin can be used. Particularly, an epoxy resin is preferable because of its excellent handleability. The porous body used for the porous layer is preferably flexible and needs to be appropriately compressed when pressed. Then, the repair material is pressed against the inner surface of the manhole so that the porous body is compressed by an appropriate amount, and the state where the repair material is pressed until the curable resin is sufficiently cured, in other words, the state where the porous body is compressed, is maintained. By doing so, the curable resin protruding from the porous body penetrates deeply into cracks and the like, and a sufficient repair effect can be achieved. Here, if the porous body is excessively compressed, the repair material main body may undulate, and the curable resin may protrude to the surface side of the repair material main body. Therefore, it is necessary to constitute a regulating means for regulating the compression amount of the porous body. It is effective to use a restricting means in which a plurality of convex portions are provided on the outer surface of the repair material main body, and the porous body is entirely provided on the outer surface of the repair material main body so as to cover the convex portions. The porous body provided in the part other than the convex part is compressed to a thickness obtained by adding the thickness of the large compressed porous body provided on the convex part outer surface to the height of the convex part. . Also, the repair material main body is formed in a U-shaped cross section with a concave outer surface, and a porous body having a thickness larger than the depth of the concave portion on the outer surface of the repair material main body is placed in the concave portion on the outer surface of the repair material main body. This is also effective. The porous body is compressed to a thickness at most equal to the depth of the depression. It is preferable that the repair material main body has such a rigidity that it is not easily deformed by the reaction force received from the compressed porous body, or swell is not easily generated.

As the material of the porous body, steel wool, fibers such as glass, nylon, polyester, carbon or aramid, open-cell foams such as urethane and polyethylene, skeleton foams without membranes, and nonwoven fabrics can be used. . The porosity of the porous body is preferably 50% or more. If the porosity is less than 50%, the curable resin cannot be sufficiently impregnated into the porous body.
Further, the viscosity of the curable resin at 25 ° C. is preferably 50,000 CPS or less. If the viscosity exceeds 50,000 CPS, it becomes difficult to sufficiently impregnate the porous body with the curable resin.

The manhole repair material 1 is used for lining an intermediate ceiling portion 3 (refer to FIG. 2; FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of a manhole structure) on the inner surface of the manhole together with other manhole repair materials. A porous body 9 made of a skeleton urethane foam without a film is attached to the outer surface 7 of the fiber-reinforced plastic repair material main body 5 formed in a shape using a fixing means such as bonding. Is impregnated with a cold-setting epoxy resin. The outer surface 7 of the repair material main body 5 is integrally formed with a plurality of convex portions 11 slightly projecting outward. In order to line the intermediate ceiling portion 3 using the manhole repair material 1, the porous body 9 is pressed against the front portion of the intermediate ceiling portion 3 from below and pressed until the room temperature curable epoxy resin is cured. The state is maintained (see FIG. 3: FIG. 3 is a plan view of the intermediate ceiling 3 viewed from below for explaining the lining state). And it is continuously arranged behind this manhole repair material 1,
The other two manhole repairing materials 12, 12 having the same structure and formed in such a shape as to cover the entire intermediate ceiling 3 together with the manhole repairing material 1, are pressed and attached (FIG. 4).
Reference: FIG. 4 is a perspective view of another manhole repair material 12). As shown in FIG. 4, the manhole repair materials 12, 1
2 is formed in such a shape that the lining layer is formed along the edge of the communication hole 17 between the upper human hole 13 and the lower human hole 15 formed in the intermediate ceiling portion 3. When the manhole repair material 1 is pressed with an appropriate pressing force, as shown in FIG. 5, the porous body 9 at the position of the convex portion 11 is greatly compressed, and the porous body 9 is not further compressed. 1
The porous body 9 at a position other than 1 is appropriately compressed (FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view showing a state where the manhole repairing material 1 is pressed against the intermediate ceiling 3). The manhole repair material 12 is also pressed, and becomes in a pressed state similar to the manhole repair material 1.

A plurality of retaining pins 19 are previously driven into the intermediate ceiling 3 so that an appropriate space is formed between the head 21 (large-diameter portion) and the intermediate ceiling 3. The porous body 9 is compressed and entangled with the head 21. Therefore, the porous body 9
From the intermediate ceiling 3 is effectively prevented. Further, in order to prevent the manhole repair material 1 from peeling off, after attaching the manhole repair material 1 to the intermediate ceiling portion 3 or after pressing the manhole repair material 1, a bolt is attached to the intermediate ceiling portion 3 from the inner surface side of the repair material main body 5. Alternatively, a nail may be screwed or driven. The screwing or driving of the bolt or nail can be performed before the cold-setting epoxy resin impregnated in the porous body 9 is cured. However, if the screwing or driving operation is performed before the hardening of the resin, the inner surface of the repair material main body 5 may be dented by being pushed by the head of the bolt or nail. Therefore, it is preferable to screw or drive the bolt or nail after the epoxy resin is cured or semi-cured.

Another repairing material for manholes 23 is adhered in a continuous arrangement state, that is, with no or little gap between adjacent repairing materials 23, in other words, such that the repaired portion on the inner surface of the manhole has no or almost no exposed portion. It is used for lining the entire intermediate ceiling portion 3 on the inner surface of the manhole, and is formed in a thin and relatively elongated U-shaped cross section, that is, a right angle or a substantially right angle from the inner surface portion and both ends of the inner surface portion. A porous body 29 made of a non-membrane skeleton urethane foam is mounted in a recess 27 on the outer surface of a fiber-reinforced plastic repair material main body 25 formed from a pair of side walls extending integrally with the body. The body 29 is impregnated with a room temperature curable epoxy resin. The porous body 29 may be attached to the repair material main body 25 by using a fixing means such as an adhesive. However, the porous body 29 is pressed into the recess 27 (between both side walls) so as to be slightly compressed in the width direction. Even without using fixing means, it is possible to securely attach to the repair material main body 25. The porous body 29 has a thickness enough to protrude outward from the recess 27, preferably about twice the depth of the recess 27, and has one side end of the repair material main body 25 (outside of one side wall portion). At the end), a contact portion 31 that extends slightly outwardly or slightly in parallel to the outward direction is integrally formed. To line the intermediate ceiling 3 using the manhole repairing material 23, first, the other end 33 (outer end of the other side wall) and the contact portion 31 contact the intermediate ceiling 3 at the foremost position. The porous body 29 is compressed until it touches, and the manhole repairing material 23a is pressed. Next, the other end 33 is porous until the contact portion 31 of the manhole repairing material 23a which has already been pressed is in contact with the inner surface of the contact portion 31, and more specifically the contact portion 31 is in contact with the intermediate ceiling portion 3. The body 29 is compressed to press the next manhole repair material 23b. In this manner, the plurality of manhole repairing materials 23a, 23b, 23c,... Are pressed in a continuous arrangement so as to cover the entire intermediate ceiling portion 3, and the pressed state is maintained to cure the room-temperature-curable epoxy resin ( FIG. 7: FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view for explaining a lining state by another manhole repair material 23). By contacting or placing the other end 33 of the adjacent manhole repair material 23 on the inner surface of the contact portion 31, the intermediate ceiling portion 3 can be covered with the manhole repair material 23 without gaps. Communication hole 17
The manhole repair material 23 (not shown) lining the periphery of is formed to have an appropriate length so that the lining layer is formed along the edge of the communication hole 17 and to have an appropriate end shape. You. Contact part 3 of manhole repair material 23
1 is such that the inner surface 35 of the manhole repair material 23 is horizontal when continuously arranged, or the manhole repair material 2
3 is formed to protrude beyond the other end 33 by the thickness so that the inner surface 35 is parallel to the intermediate ceiling 3, but the other end 33 of the manhole repairing material 23 a located on the foremost side is formed.
Extend to the same position (same height) as the contact portion 31.
As shown in FIG. 8, a plurality of manhole repairing materials 39 having abutting portions 37 on both side ends (those having abutting portions also on the other side end 33 of the manhole repairing material 23) are used, and the intermediate ceiling portion 3 is used. (FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view for explaining a lining state using still another manhole repair material 39). Also in this case, except for the manhole repairing material 39a located on the foremost side, one contact portion 37 protrudes by the thickness of the other contact portion 37, or the other contact portion 37 has one contact portion. Should be configured to be lower than the contact portion 37 by the thickness. Contact parts 3 on both sides
By using the manhole repairing material 39 constituting 7, the manhole repairing material can be stuck on the inner surface of the manhole in a more stable state.

In order to repair the inner wall surface 41 of the upper human hole 13, a cylindrical plastic wall surface repair material 43 is arranged along the inner wall surface 41, and a narrow gap between the wall surface repair material 43 and the inner wall surface 41 is provided. A liquid curable resin (in most cases, a room temperature curable epoxy resin) is injected and cured to form a lining layer. Therefore, the lower end of the wall repair material 43 must be closed, but as a closed structure, the lower end of the wall repair material 43 extends to the inner surface 35 of the ceiling manhole repair material 23 surrounding the communication hole 17. An epoxy putty or a flexible porous body (sealant) containing a curable resin is filled or pushed between the lower end of the wall surface repair material 43 and the manhole repair material 23, and a material that is cured by being pushed is used. be able to. However, in many cases, sufficient liquid tightness and integral rigidity cannot be ensured only by filling and curing with epoxy putty or the like.
Therefore, an L-shaped cross-section which is hung over the lower end inner peripheral surface of the wall surface repair material 43 and the inner surface 35 of the manhole repair material 23 and covers an epoxy putty or the like and closes the opening at the lower end outer side of the wall surface repair material 43, Or the short tubular portion 44 and the tubular portion 4
It is effective to use a plastic cover member 45 formed from an outward flange portion 46 provided integrally with the lower end of 4 (see FIG. 9). As shown in FIG. 9, for example, the communication hole 1
A cut-out portion is formed corresponding to the absence of the intermediate ceiling portion at the rear end portion of No. 7. The cover member 45 is
It is usually configured as an integral tubular body having a circular cross section or a rectangular cross section corresponding to the shape of the inner surface of the manhole, but a plurality of cover members are combined in the circumferential direction to form a cylindrical body. In some cases. When using the cover member 45, the lower end of the wall surface repair material 43 may be positioned higher than the inner surface 35 of the manhole repair material 23. The cover member 45 is attached by filling a flexible porous body containing an epoxy putty or a curable resin between the lower end of the wall surface repair material 43 and the manhole repair material 23, and then filling the epoxy putty or the porous material with the soft porous material. Cover member 4
5 may be pressed, but as shown in FIG.
Is attached, and the porous body 47 is impregnated with a room temperature curable resin such as an epoxy resin, and then the porous body 47 is pushed between the lower end portion of the wall surface repair material 43 and the manhole repair material 23. It is preferable to attach the cover member 45 (FIG. 9 is a perspective view of the cover member 45). In addition, as shown in FIG. 10, an outward flange 48 is integrally formed at the lower end of the wall surface repair material 43, and the outer periphery of the outward flange 48 is closed. This may be performed by arranging the wall repair material 43 in the upper human hole 13 such that the portion covers the inner surface 35 of the manhole repair material 23 (FIG. 10 shows another closed structure of the lower end of the wall repair material 43. Sectional view). Here, the outward flange 4
8 has a closed structure only by directly contacting the outer peripheral portion of the manhole repair material 23 with the inner surface 35 thereof.
A seal may be provided between the outer peripheral portion of the outward flange 48 and the inner surface 35 of the manhole repair material 23 using an epoxy putty or the like. In some cases, a porous body containing a curable resin may be provided on the outward flange 48 in the same manner as the cover member 45. A cutout portion is also formed on the outward flange 48 as necessary.
