(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】ボイラへの給水を加熱管に流通させて加熱
する給水加熱器において、この給水加熱器の胴体を前記
加熱管の曲管部側に延長させ、前記胴体の曲管部側の端
部を覆うふたの中心付近に配置されたドレン入口と、前
記ふた内に垂直に取り付けられ前記ドレン入口と対向す
る衝撃邪魔板とを設け、前記衝撃邪魔板と前記加熱管の
曲管部との間隔を前記衝撃邪魔板と前記ドレン入口の中
心との間隔の約4倍としたことを特徴とする給水加熱器
のドレン流入防止装置。
1. A feed water heater for feeding water to a boiler through a heating pipe to heat the feed water, wherein a body of the feed water heater is extended to a curved pipe side of the heating pipe, and a body of the feed body is extended to a curved pipe side of the heating pipe. A drain inlet disposed near the center of the lid covering the end, and an impact baffle vertically attached to the lid and opposed to the drain inlet are provided, and the impact baffle and a curved tube portion of the heating tube are provided. A distance between the impact baffle plate and the center of the drain inlet is about four times as large.
【請求項2】請求項1記載の給水加熱器のドレン流入防
止装置において、胴体のふたの底部に固定され、衝撃邪
魔板と加熱管の曲管部との間に上方に延びる整流板を配
置したことを特徴とする給水加熱器のドレン流入防止装
置。

【請求項3】ボイラへの給水を加熱管に流通させて加熱
し、水没型のドレン冷却部を備えた給水加熱器におい
て、この給水加熱器の胴体を加熱管の曲管部側に延長さ
せ、前記胴体の曲管部側の端部を覆うふたの中心付近に
配置されたドレン入口と、前記ふた内に垂直に取り付け
られ前記ドレン入口と対向する衝撃邪魔板とを設け、前
記衝撃邪魔板と前記加熱管の曲管部との間隔を前記衝撃
邪魔板と前記ドレン入口の中心との間隔の約4倍とした
ことを特徴とする給水加熱器のドレン流入防止装置。

A feed water heater provided with a submerged-type drain cooling section, wherein the feed water to the boiler is passed through a heating pipe and heated, and a body of the feed water heater is extended to a curved pipe side of the heating pipe.
