面部にコイルを形成してあるので、コイル部を接着しな
くても形状が保てる。さら巻取り始め取出し部で電線が
回転方向に固定されるのでコイルが回転方向に動くこと
がなく、コイルカバーで覆う程度で本体に組み込める。
また底部が非磁性材料である保護枠は誘導加熱コイルか
ら発生する磁束を内釜に通し、また内釜の出し入れなど
に対する対衝撃性が高い。

枠3にねじで固定し、電線8の端部を切断して、装置か
ら保護枠3を外せば、誘導加熱コイル7の形成が完了す
る。以上の状態で保護枠3と傷防止の作用も有するコイ
ルカバー9によって誘導加熱コイル7が固定され、一体
で本体2に組込出来る。
