巻溝11aとコイル巻溝11bに導線の細線を束ねたリ
ッツ線を渦巻状に巻つけ、図1に示す誘導コイル4を形
成する。本発明に使用するリッツ線は通常の非自己融着
銅線を用いることが出来、巻初めと終りの部分は、内ベ
ース2、外ベース3の一部に穴等を設け、その部分にリ
ッツ線を通すことで誘導コイルの巻ほつれを防止する。
内ベース2、外ベース3は外側面に設けたフェライト板
接着部に接着剤を塗布し、コイル巻溝付き支持基板に軟
磁性のフェライト板5を接着固定して図1に示す誘導加
熱コイル装置とする。図3は、図1に示す保護枠1と内
ベース2、外ベース3を予め一体成形したコイル巻溝付
き支持基板12としたもので、保護枠1、内ベース2、
外ベース3を耐熱樹脂にて一体成形し、コイル巻溝に線
