60−46303号公報や実開昭60−86675号公
報によれば、ワンハンドル作動レバーでもって、上方の
可動ディスクを回転摺動させるとともに、該可動ディス
クを往復摺動させているが、特に可動ディスクを回転摺
動させるには、いずれの提案も、作動レバーを軸支して
筒状軸受を回転させ、この筒状軸受により可動ディスク
を回転させる構造になっている。 【0004】そのため、作動レバーにより可動ディスク
を回転させるには、作動レバー用枢支ピンおよび筒状軸
受の作動伝達手段が必要となり、作動レバーの操作が頻
繁に行われる湯水混合栓であるだけに、細い枢支ピンに
無理な力がかかり耐久性を損なう、という問題があっ

に、前記作動伝達手段があるので、作動レバーを操作し

ック製可動ディスク(15)が密接しながら往復および
/または回転するワンハンドル式湯水混合栓にして、該

2)の先端下面に形成され、かつ、両側面をもつ長方形
状の複数の突部(21)を、前記可動ディスク(15)
上で固着された樹脂製作動ディスク(18)上の直径方
向に設けられた長方形状の凹部(19)に嵌入させて係
合することにより、前記複数の突部(21)の揺動で可
動ディスク(15)を往復摺動させると共に、これらの
突部(21)の側面で凹部(19)の側壁面を押圧して
可動ディスク(15)を回転摺動させるワンハンドル式
湯水混合栓にあって、前記作動レバー(22)を枢支
し、かつ、前記ケース本体(3)の開口部側に設けた軸
受筒(24)と、前記作動ディスク(18)上面と、の

方形状の凹部19を凹設し、該凹部19の底部にラック

て係合する)扇形歯車(すなわち、両側面をもつ長方形
状の突部)21を、角棒からなる作動レバー22の先端
に形成し、該扇形歯車21の基部付近を、揺動支点であ
る枢支ピン23を介して軸受筒24に枢支している。該
軸受筒24は大径部25と小径部25’とで構成し、該
小径部25’を前記蓋体4の開口部26に回動可能に嵌
合し、該大径部25は該蓋体4の内面に、また、作動デ
ィスク18の上面に、それぞれ大径の環状パッキン27
を介して、当接している。したがって、軸受筒24はケ
ース本体3の開口部に設けられていることもあって、ひ
いては、固定ディスク11に可動ディスク15を均一に
