In the above-mentioned conventional apparatus, since the cleaning is performed gradually by partially replacing the cleaning water, the cleaning efficiency is poor, the cleaning time is long, and a large amount of cleaning water is required. Further, when the object to be washed is rice, a small amount of dust and bran will remain in the washing water (clean water) at the end of washing, and the rice is quickly cleaned when its surface is cleaned. Since the hygroscopic effect becomes strong, there is a problem that the washed rice after the washing absorbs surrounding dirty water, and the quality of the cooked rice cooked by the washed rice is deteriorated.

[0008] The object to be cleaned is stored in the hopper portion, and sequentially supplied to the receiving container of the main cleaning portion in a compacted state, thereby being pushed into the cleaning chamber and colliding with the mixed jet jet. Of the target (peeling off garbage, bran and skin, as well as fungi such as soil bacteria) from the surface of the object. At the same time, the object to be washed is sent to the next washing flow section by the transport conduit by the mixed jet jet flow, and the object to be washed sinks and deposits below the storage tank in the washing flow section, and is condensed in the flow chamber. At the same time, the exfoliated substances such as dust, bran, and skin are taken in the bubbles or adhere to the surface of the bubbles, and are discharged from the cleaning liquid outlet above the storage tank. Then, the cleaned object to be cleaned in the flow chamber is discharged into the flow channel by the mixed jet rage and is flowed to a predetermined storage location.

Next, the operation of the above-described cleaning apparatus will be described in the case where the object A to be cleaned is soybean. The soybeans are separately immersed in water for a long time, and the skin is moistened so as to be easily peeled off, stored in the hopper section 1 and sequentially supplied to the receiving container 31 of the main cleaning section 3 in a compacted state. Object A,
Push into the cleaning chamber 32. The inside of the receiving container 31 is supplied with water to such an extent that the object A to be washed can be flowed by the insufficiency of the mixture jet pump. Then, the pump unit 1 is driven, and predetermined pressure water is supplied to each of the mixture jet pumps 34, 43, and 53. In this case, assuming that the output of the air-mixing jet pump of the main cleaning section 3 is “100”, the first and second cleaning flow sections 4 and 4
The output of the mixture jet pump of No. 5 is slightly reduced, such as “98” and “96”. This difference is determined by the shape and capacity of each chamber and the material of the object to be cleaned when a multi-stage configuration (receiving container and each cyclone chamber) is employed as described later.

The operation of the pressurized water 4 from the pump unit 1
The air b is introduced from the air introduction part 342 into the air-mixing pipe part 343 which has been injected into the air-mixing pipe part 343 from the nozzle 41 and is in a negative pressure state by the jet flow of the jet water, and the mixed air and the pressurized water are mixed. The air jet c is injected into the cleaning chamber 32 and the transport chamber 42.

Therefore, the air-mixing jet pumps 34, 43, 5
When the cleaning device is operated by operating the cleaning device 3, first, an air-jet rage is sprayed on the cleaning object A existing in the cleaning room 32 in a compacted state, and skin, garbage,
At the same time as the bacteria such as soil bacteria that have adhered are peeled off, they are sent to the next first washing / flowing unit 4 through the transport pipe 35. In the first washing and transporting section 4, together with the insulting water, the object A to be washed and the skin B, dirt and fungi peeled off from the object A to be washed,
The gas is injected from the outlet 47 into the cyclone chamber 41, and forms a vortex in the cyclone chamber 41. Then, the skin B, dust and fungi are wrapped in bubbles in the mixed jet jet or adhere to the surface thereof, and overflow as the cyclone chamber 41.
The cleaning liquid is discharged to the outside through a discharge pipe 46 from a cleaning liquid discharge port 45 above the center of the cleaning liquid. And beans A that have finished basic washing
Is rotated by the cyclone chamber 41 due to its specific gravity.
It sinks to the lower part of. The settled beans A are transferred to the transport chamber 35.
At 42, the washing is performed again by the resent of the air-mixing jet pump 47, and sent to the second washing / flowing unit 5 by the flow pipe 44. Similarly, in the second washing / flowing section 5, A and the skin B and dirt are separated in the cyclone chamber 51, and the flow pipe 54 is moved from the flow chamber below the cyclone chamber 51 by the incense flow of the air-jet pump 53. And is transported to a predetermined location.

In particular, in the above-described cleaning operation, if a difference is provided between the outputs of the air-mixing jet pumps of the respective units, the discharge amount of the cleaning target A from the main cleaning unit 2 is increased.
Is a fixed amount determined by the output of the cleaning chamber 32 and the consolidation amount of the object to be cleaned in the cleaning chamber 32. Since the output of the mixture jet pump 43 in the first cleaning section 4 is slightly smaller than the output of the mixture jet pump 34, the difference in the output of the mixture jet pump at the start of cleaning is obtained. As a result, the object to be cleaned gradually accumulates in the cyclone chamber 41 of the first cleaning flow section 4. When the storage amount of the first cleaning flow unit reaches a predetermined amount, the cleaning target A in the flow chamber 42 is in a sufficiently compacted state, and the discharge amount of the cleaning target A by the air-mixing jet pump 43 is reduced by the main cleaning. It is equal to the discharge amount of the unit 3. The same relationship can be applied to the relationship between the first cleaning flow unit 4 and the second cleaning flow unit 5. Therefore, the overall flow can be balanced by the change in the consolidation state of the object to be cleaned A in each part,
If the output of the air-mixing jet pump is slightly changed in accordance with the expected consolidation state of the object to be cleaned in the cleaning chamber 32 and each of the transporting chambers 42, the output control of the air-mixing jet pump during operation of the apparatus There is an advantage that it is not necessary to carry out.

In the above-described embodiment, the washing / flowing section has a two-stage structure, and the storage tank has a cyclone chamber.
A single washing / flowing unit may be used, or a washing / flowing unit having the same structure may be continuously formed in multiple stages, and a simple storage tank may be used instead of a cyclone chamber.

As described above, according to the present invention, a cleaning object is filled in a compacted state into a cleaning chamber, and an insufflation flow by an air-mix jet pump is injected into the compacted cleaning object. It has a main cleaning unit that transports at the same time as cleaning, and a storage tank that receives the object to be cleaned from the main cleaning object and its transport flow, and separates the cleaning scum and the cleaning end product. It is provided with a continuous cleaning and feeding section for storing and cleaning the condensed cleaning products by the insult of the air-mix jet pump. Since the object to be cleaned is exposed to the mixed jet jet, the cleaning efficiency is also improved.
