That is, as shown by an imaginary line in FIG. 10, each window glass G is now rotated clockwise around the lower right corner due to interlayer displacement. Then, the upper left corner of each window glass G is displaced upward. In this case, if the amount of upward displacement is large, the upper left corner of each window glass G may strike the mounting member 5 and be damaged. Of course, when each window glass G rotates in the opposite direction,
The upper right corner may be damaged. Therefore, chamfers Ga are formed at both upper corners of each window glass G to prevent the window glass G from hitting the mounting member 6.

As a result, there is a problem that the appearance of the building is deteriorated. If the interval between two vertically adjacent window glasses G, G is widened, it is not necessary to form the chamfered Ga. However, in this case, the width of the joint formed between the upper and lower window glasses G, G is reduced. Is widened and the appearance of the building is reduced.

If the amount of rotation is large, the upper left corner of the lower right window glass G abuts the mounting plate portion 52, but since the mounting member 50 can move upward, the mounting plate portion 52 It moves upward with the rotation. Therefore, the window glass G is not damaged. As described above, even if the window glass G collides with the mounting plate portion 52, the window glass G is not damaged, so that it is not necessary to form a chamfer on the window glass G. Therefore, the holding plate portion 23a of the holding member 23
Can be narrowed, thereby improving the aesthetics of the building. Since the lower left corner of the upper window glass G of the lower right window glass G moves upward by its own rotation, the lower right window glass G simply moves the mounting member 50 upward. And the upper window glass G
Is not moved upward.

The width of the holding plate portion 23a can be further reduced.
That is, if the engaging grooves 22b, 22b are formed at the same position in the front-rear direction, they cannot be formed at the same position in the left-right direction, and must be separated in the left-right direction. As a result, the mounting members 50, 50 are largely separated from each other left and right, and the width of the holding plate portion 23a must be increased accordingly. In this regard, since the engagement grooves 22b, 22b are arranged apart in the front-rear direction in this manner, the engagement grooves 22b, 22b can be formed at the same position in the left-right direction. Therefore, the mounting members 50 and 5
0 can be arranged close to each other, and the width of the holding plate portion 23a can be narrowed accordingly.
