(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 基板の端縁において基板に略直交する第
1折曲片が折曲され、第1折曲片の先端に第1折曲片に
直交するとともに基板に略平行となる第2折曲片が折曲
され、第1折曲片及び第2折曲片が略V字状に打ち抜か
れるとともにその打ち抜き部分において基板が略直角に
折曲され、第1折曲片及び第2折曲片がその打ち抜き縁
において突き合わされる函体加工方法であって、平板原
板から基板、第1折曲片、第2折曲片及び第3折曲片
一連に打ち抜く場合に、上記函体形状に形成されたとき
に基板と略平行となる第2折曲片において上記略V字状
に打ち抜かれる部分を打ち抜いて切除部を形成してお
き、又、基板と直交する第3折曲片にパイロット孔を形
成しておき、平板原板から打ち抜いた平板状の中間打ち
抜き品において第1折曲片及び第2折曲片を折り曲げ、
その後、ポンチのパイロットピンをパイロット孔に挿合
してポンチを第2折曲片の切除部を通過させてポンチの
進行方向において平面状となっている第3折曲片及び
1折曲片を打ち抜き、しかる後、基板を打ち抜き部分に
おいて略直角に折曲して、第1折曲片のポンチによる打
ち抜き縁同士を突き合わせるとともに第2折曲片におけ
る切除部の切除縁同士を突き合わせることを特徴とする
