【発明の属する技術分野】この発明は、脱穀装置に関す
るものである。

【従来の技術】従来の脱穀装置には、例えば、実開昭5
5−162533号公報、特開昭61−12213号公
報、実願昭51−29031号(実開昭52−1222
57号)のマイクロフィルムに開示されているように、
脱穀室の側部を覆う側壁体を傾倒回動可能に構成したも
のがある。この構成により、側壁体を傾倒回動させれ
ば、脱穀室の側部が開放され、この開放部から、脱穀室
の下部に張設する脱穀網の引き出し等、作業者による脱
穀装置内部の点検・清掃が可能な状態となる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】上述のように、実願昭
56−182692号(実開昭58−85937号)の
マイクロフィルムに開示されているような脱穀装置にお
いては、側壁体を取り外すことにより、脱穀室の側面の
一部を開放し、脱穀室内部の点検・清掃をある程度行う
ことができる。

扱ぎ式の脱穀装置であり、脱穀胴の上昇回転側に臨む脱
穀網と脱穀室の側面の一部を覆う側壁体とを一体的に外
側方へ取り外し可能に構成したものである。従って、脱
穀作業中に、脱穀胴の駆動回転によって脱穀室内を連れ
回される穀粒や藁屑等によって、脱穀胴の上昇回転側に
は、特にこの側に臨む脱穀網の下周部を外側方へ連れ出
そうとする力が作用し、これによって、この脱穀網を外
側方へ押し出そうとする力が生じる。

能に設け、前記脱穀胴1の脱穀網3と前記脱穀室2の側
部を覆う側壁体Fとを、前記脱穀室2側の後部枠体Wか
ら分離して外側方へ開放可能にして、脱穀装置5本体と
側壁体Fとの間に立ち入ることのできる作業用間隔部L
を構成したことを特徴とする脱穀装置の構成としたもの
である。

4の回転軌跡に沿って一定間隙を有して下方に配置され
ていて、且つ、前記選別網16,16に対して左右に分
離自在の選別網21,21とを、側枠4と一体的にして
横方向へ開放すべく構成している。
