The equipment realizes the functions of the invention through the following steps, thereby solving the technical problems provided by the invention:

step three, rolling intact paddy rice from the output end of the first screening device 3 into the input end of the second screening device 5 for secondary screening, enabling the paddy rice after the secondary screening to fall into the material guide pipe 6c1 from the output end of the second screening device 5, blowing the paddy rice into the material collecting barrel 6c2 by the blower 6c2 in a working mode, enabling the material collecting barrel 6c3 to carry out material storage work, opening the switch valve 6c4 of the output end when workers bag the paddy rice, and bagging the paddy rice, wherein the air outlet pipe 6c5 is used for discharging air pressure generated when the material is blown by the blower 6c2 in the material collecting barrel 6c 3.

A rice blowing type thresher is characterized by comprising a rack (1), a threshing device (2), a first screening device (3), a vibrating device (4), a second screening device (5), a discharging device (6) and a waste bin (7), wherein the threshing device (2), the first screening device (3) and the vibrating device (4) are fixedly arranged on the rack (1), the threshing device (2) is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the rack (1), the vibrating device (4) is fixedly connected with the first screening device (3), the vibrating device (4) is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the first screening device (3), the first screening device (3) is arranged beside the threshing device (2), the input end of the first screening device (3) is fixedly connected with the output end of the threshing device (2), the output end of the first screening device (3) is provided with the waste bin (7), the second screening device (5) is fixedly connected with the rack (1), the second screening device (5) is fixedly arranged under the first screening device (3), the discharging device (6) is fixedly connected with the second screening device, and the discharging device (6) is fixedly arranged at the output end of the second screening device (5);
threshing device (2) is including mounting bracket (2 a), fixed housing (2 b), activity housing (2 c), cylinder (2 d), rotary actuator (2 e), mounting bracket (2 a) and fixed housing (2 b) fixed connection, be provided with activity housing (2 c) in fixed housing (2 b), activity housing (2 c) rotating state sets up in the inside of fixed inner shell, cylinder (2 d) rotates with fixed housing (2 b) to be connected, cylinder (2 d) fixed mounting is in the inside of fixed housing (2 b), cylinder (2 d) is including pivot (2 d 1), threshing knife (2 d 2), threshing knife (2 d 2) evenly distributed is on rolling global, cylinder (2 d) rotates with fixed housing (2 b) through pivot (2 d 1) to be connected, the input of pivot (2 d 1) is connected with rotary actuator (2 e) pivot (2 d 1), the rotary driver (2 e) comprises a synchronous belt (2 e 1) and a servo motor (2 e 2), the input end of the synchronous belt (2 e 1) is rotationally connected with the servo motor (2 e 2), and the output end of the synchronous belt (2 e 1) is rotationally connected with the input end of the rotating shaft (2 d 1);
the vibration device (4) comprises a first vibration reduction spring (4 a), a second vibration reduction spring (4 b), a third vibration reduction spring (4 c), a fourth vibration reduction spring (4 d), a vibration motor (4 e) and a mounting plate, wherein the first vibration reduction spring (4 a), the second vibration reduction spring (4 b), the third vibration reduction spring (4 c) and the fourth vibration reduction spring (4 d) are uniformly distributed and fixedly mounted at the upper end of the mounting plate, the output ends of the first vibration reduction spring (4 a), the second vibration reduction spring (4 b), the third vibration reduction spring (4 c) and the fourth vibration reduction spring (4 d) are fixedly connected with the first screening device (3), the vibration motor (4 e) is fixedly connected with the first screening device (3), and the vibration motor (4 e) is fixedly mounted at the lower end of the first screening device (3);
the second screening device comprises a lower storage bin (5 a), a material blocking device, an air nozzle (5 c), a second screen (5 d), an electric push rod (5 e), a second sliding groove (5 f), a sliding column (5 g), the material blocking device, the air nozzle (5 c), the second screen (5 d), the electric push rod (5 e), the second sliding groove (5 f) and the sliding column (5 g) are fixedly arranged in the lower storage bin (5 a), the material blocking device is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the lower storage bin (5 a), the lower storage bin (5 a) comprises a first sliding groove (5 a 1), the lower end of the lower storage bin (5 a) is provided with a first sliding groove (5 a 1), the air nozzle (5 c) is fixedly connected with the lower storage bin (5 a), the air nozzle (5 c) is fixedly arranged at the output end of the lower storage bin (5 a), the input end of the second screen (5 d) is rotatably connected with the lower storage bin (5 a), and the second screen (5 d) is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the lower storage bin (5 a), the output end of the second screen (5 d) is symmetrically provided with sliding columns (5 g), an electric push rod (5 e) is arranged at the lower end of the second screen (5 d), the output end of the electric push rod (5 e) is fixedly connected with the rack (1), and the input end of the electric push rod (5 e) is fixedly connected with the second screen (5 d);
the material blocking device comprises a fixed material blocking plate (5 b 1), a movable material blocking plate (5 b 2), a screw rod sliding table (5 b 3), the fixed material blocking plate (5 b 1) is fixedly connected with a lower storage bin (5 a), the fixed material blocking plate (5 b 1) is fixedly arranged in the input end of the lower storage bin (5 a), the movable material blocking plate (5 b 2) is arranged at the lower end of the fixed material blocking plate (5 b 1), the movable material blocking plate (5 b 2) is slidably connected with the lower storage bin (5 a), the screw rod sliding table (5 b 3) is fixedly connected with the lower storage bin (5 a), and the output end of the movable material blocking plate (5 b 2) penetrates through the lower storage bin (5 a) and is fixedly connected with the output end of the screw rod sliding table (5 b 3);
