Alternatively, it has been removed using a mixed solvent in which a surfactant is mixed in Freon (or 1.1.1 trichloroethane).

In particular, CFCs have a tendency to deplete the ozone layer in the stratosphere, and there is a tendency to restrict their use on a global scale. In addition, alcohol solvents have a low flash point and are highly likely to cause fires, explosions, and the like.

(D) Drying step of drying the oily draining agent attached to the part. (E) Applying a rust inhibitor to the part, and drying the applied rust inhibitor. Rust process [Function] After the washing process and the rinsing process, the components are subjected to a drying process after the adhering moisture is removed with an oily draining agent. CFCs and alcohol solvents have a very low boiling point and can be removed by natural drying. However, in the case of oil-based drainage agents, removal by natural drying takes some time. did. To this extent, the number of steps is slightly increased compared to the conventional cleaning method.
Considering the problems of environmental pollution, safety, etc., the effect of eliminating the need for CFCs is significant.
