[Prior Art] Conventionally, a nonwoven fabric used for disposable diapers has been given elasticity. For example, in a diaper disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 58-180601, a rubber thread is bonded between a top sheet made of a nonwoven fabric or the like and a back sheet made of a plastic film or the like. However, since this diaper uses a plastic film, it has a drawback of becoming stuffy.

The stretchable composite sheet of the present invention integrates the bare polyurethane elastic yarn and the non-stretchable nonwoven fabric by thermocompression bonding. Thermal compression may be partial compression or full compression. The temperature required for thermocompression bonding can be in the range from a temperature lower by 50 ° C. than the melting point of the low melting point synthetic fiber of the non-stretchable nonwoven fabric to the melting point. As described above, since the present invention is integrated without using an adhesive, there is no danger of harm such as skin damage due to stimulation of the adhesive, irritation of the skin due to penetration and hardening of the skin, and odor.

Referring to FIG. 1, the bare polyurethane elastic yarn (1) is disposed as an intermediate layer in an elongated state, retains the form of the final composite sheet, and is then unstretched. The non-stretchable nonwoven fabrics (2) and (3) are bonded by thermocompression bonding to both front and back surfaces of an intermediate layer made of elastic yarn. The thermocompression-bonded portion is a portion between adjacent elastic yarns (4), and the bare polyurethane elastic yarn (1) and the non-stretchable nonwoven fabrics (2) and (3) are not bonded. Or may be combined.

Example 1 A 420 denier bare polyurethane elastic yarn stretched to 150% and aligned at a density of 2 yarns / cm was used as an intermediate layer.
A polypropylene nonwoven fabric having a basis weight of 23 g / m 2 and produced by a spun bond method was disposed on both the front and back surfaces of the intermediate layer. Subsequently, the pin roll was passed through a heated embossing roll heated to 135 ° C. and the smooth metal roll was heated to 145 ° C., thereby performing thermocompression bonding to obtain an elastic composite sheet. The thickness of the gather portion of the obtained stretchable composite sheet is 3.5 mm, and the number of gathers is 3 to 4 pieces /
