【0018】Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an optical disk reproducing apparatus for reproducing music recorded on a compact disk player or the like. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when recording from a compact disk (CD) to a cassette tape, either a 46-minute tape or a 90-minute tape has to be used. It is desirable to record in the form of a CD, and in the case of recording a CD whose playing time is about 40 minutes, similarly to an LP record, a 46-minute tape is often used. [0003] When a 46-minute tape is used, the end of one side of the cassette tape may be reached in the middle of a CD song, and the direction of the cassette deck may be changed. Almost. In the one-way deck, the CD player is temporarily stopped at the end of the tape, the cassette is replaced on the opposite side, and then the recording is resumed from the beginning of the cut piece. It is uncomfortable for a person who plays and listens to the tape recorded in this way because the music is cut off in the middle. Therefore, according to the present invention, for example, when recording from an optical disk to a cassette tape or the like, by setting a pre-set recording time of the cassette tape, a song that is cut off halfway is recorded at the end of the cassette tape. It is an object of the present invention to provide an optical disk reproducing apparatus that can eliminate the problem. [0004] the optical disc reproducing apparatus of the present invention SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION may, was made in view of the above, where
Operating means for setting a fixed time; time information collecting means for collecting time information of each song recorded on the optical disc;
Reproduction music determination means for determining a music that can be reproduced within a time corresponding to substantially half of the time set by the operation means based on the time information collected by the time information collection means; The music determined by the above is reproduced. According to the optical disk reproducing apparatus of the present invention, the predetermined
Operating means for setting time, time information collecting means for collecting time information of each song recorded on the optical disc, and time set by the operating means based on the time information collected by the time information collecting means Playback song determination means for determining a song that can be played back within a time corresponding to approximately half of the playback time, and the playback device is configured to play back the song determined by the playback song determination means. Can be played such that is not cut off in the middle. An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows an embodiment according to the present invention, in which a thick arrow indicates a flow of a main signal, and a dashed line indicates a reproduced EFM.
(Eight Fourteen Modulatio
n) a bit synchronization clock system made by a PLL from the signal,
Dotted lines indicate reference clock systems using the crystal oscillator, respectively. [0007] Reference numeral 10 denotes a CD, and pits on the pit surface are optically read by an optical pickup 12.
The optical pickup 12 is servo-controlled by a focus servo 14, a tracking servo 16, and a pickup feed servo 18. The output signal of the optical pickup 12 is input to the bit synchronization clock generation circuit 22 via the data extraction circuit 20. The bit-synchronous clock generation circuit 22 is composed of a PLL, and the bit-synchronous clock generated by the circuit is sent to each unit. In particular, the signal and the clock are completely synchronized so that the subsequent signal processing can be performed smoothly. The data is also sent to the data extracting circuit 20. Reference numeral 24 denotes a frame synchronization circuit which detects a frame synchronization signal and recognizes a delimiter and an order of each symbol word. Reference numeral 26 denotes an EFM demodulation circuit which converts 14-bit channel bits in symbol words into the original 8 bits.
It has a ROM that converts the bits into data bits and has a conversion table necessary for the conversion. Reference numeral 28 denotes a circuit for performing error correction / correction, deinterleaving, and jitter absorption using the RAM 30. Reference numeral 32 denotes a DA converter which reassembles an analog signal based on numerical data of a digital signal. The signal obtained by the converter is separated into left and right channel signals by an L / R separation circuit 34, and then a low pass filter (LPF) 36 The extra frequency components are removed by the and 38 and sent to the audio circuit from the output end 38. Reference numeral 42 denotes a crystal clock generation circuit which supplies a clock to each unit. The rotation of the disk motor 46 is controlled by the motor servo circuit 44 based on the frequency of the frequency-divided signal of both clocks and the phase comparison output so that the clock and the bit synchronization clock maintain a synchronous relationship. 48 is a microcomputer (microcomputer),
This outputs a search command signal in accordance with the subcode data obtained by the EFM demodulation circuit 24 or a key input from the operation key system control circuit 50, and also functions as a control means for displaying on the display 52. Reference numeral 54 denotes a tape selection circuit, and when the cassette tape for recording the CD reproduction signal is for 46 minutes, the switch SW1 is set to 60
When sharing, the switches SW2 are turned on.
The resistors R1 and R2 are for pull-up, and the resistors R3 and R4
Is for microcomputer protection. By the way, T of the innermost line of the CD 10
The OC (table of contest) records the total playing time of the CD, the frame of each song, the playing time of each song, and the like. Therefore, the TOC can be detected in advance and the TOC can be displayed on the display 52 by one operation of the operation key. Also, between songs can be detected by checking the frame of the song. In the above arrangement, the reproduction signal of the CD is
When recording on a 6-minute tape, the switch SW1 of the tape selection circuit 54 is turned on, and then a play start operation is performed. In response to this play start operation, the microcomputer 48
Perform the work shown in the flowchart of FIG. First, the focus of the optical pickup 12 is servo-controlled by the focus servo 14, and the microcomputer 48 calculates the TOC position from the current address on the CD. Next, pickup feed servo 1
8 to move the optical pickup 12 to the TOC position. Therefore, the contents of the TOC are read, signal-processed, and then stored in the microcomputer 48. After the memory is completed, the tape selection circuit 5
It is determined whether both of the switches SW1 and SW2 are off. If the determination is YES and both switches are off, a normal performance is performed. On the other hand, if the determination is NO, it is next determined whether or not the switch SW2 is turned off.
In the case of S, the normal performance is started after executing the flowchart of FIG. On the other hand, if the above determination is NO and the switch SW2 is ON, the normal performance is started after executing the flowchart of FIG. By the way, in the flowchart of FIG. 3, after the start, first, the performance time of each music is set to 46 / from the first music.
Add up to 2 (23) minutes. By this addition, the frame of the music number N of the music at the time exceeding 23 minutes is stored. Thereafter, the performance is started, and the pause, that is, the performance is stopped when the frame of the music number N comes. Then, the performance time up to the interruption and the interruption time are measured by a timer, and when the time becomes equal to or longer than 23 minutes + α, the performance is restarted from the frame of the music number N.
By the way, the above α is a preset time to ensure that the recording is performed from the beginning of the song after the tape running direction is changed at the end of the tape and the tape running direction is changed there. This is for absorbing errors such as time and leader tape length. When the above-described recording is performed, a non-recording portion is inevitably formed at the end or the beginning of the tape. I don't think it will. In the above example, only the tapes of 46 minutes and 60 minutes are selected by the switches SW1 and SW2 of the tape selection circuit 54. However, it is also possible to select any tape at other times. It is possible. As described above, the optical disk reproducing apparatus according to the present invention has an operation means for setting a predetermined time and a time information collecting means for collecting time information of each music recorded on the optical disk. And playback music determination means for determining, based on the time information collected by the time information collection means, a piece of music that can be played within a time corresponding to substantially half of the time set by the operation means, Since the music determined by the determination means is configured to be played, the user only needs to input a predetermined tape length of time (for example, 46 minutes), and the playback device is approximately half of 46 minutes (for example, 23 minutes). Is determined, and the determined music is played back, so that the music is not cut off at the end of the tape and recording on a suitable cassette tape becomes possible. [0018]
