In the conventional liquid filling valve shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the final liquid level in the container at the time of completion of filling is likely to vary, and the liquid filling valve shown in FIGS. There is a problem that the liquid level difference S occurs and the filling amount differs.
That is, after the filling proceeds and the liquid level in the container 10 reaches the lower end level (A) of the exhaust pipe 6, the air 13 in the container 10
Rises in the liquid passage b between the main liquid nozzle 8 and the exhaust pipe 6 as shown by an arrow e and enters the liquid in the liquid storage tank 1, while the liquid in the liquid storage tank 1 is Since the liquid flows into the container 10 through the liquid passage b between the gas outlet 8 and the exhaust pipe 6, the liquid level in the container 10 rises while shaking, and a part of the liquid level in the container 10 When the main liquid nozzle 8 comes into contact with the lower end level (b), the entire periphery of the lower end opening edge of the main liquid nozzle 8 becomes wet due to the "fluctuation surface tension" of the main liquid nozzle 8, and as shown in FIG. The liquid surface (c) of the liquid is the main liquid nozzle 8
The lower end opening of the main liquid nozzle 8 is closed by the liquid level (c), and the air in the container 10 loses a refuge, and the liquid from the liquid storage tank 1 The flow into the container 10 stops.

The liquid level of the liquid in the container 10 during filling is
Depending on the state of contact with the lower opening edge of the main liquid nozzle 8,
The patterns shown in FIG. 4B also occur, and the patterns shown in FIGS.
The liquid level difference S occurs, and the filling amount is different. The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object thereof is to provide a liquid filling valve capable of reducing variation in filling amount.

As described above, the liquid filling valve of the present invention has a water-repellent portion formed at the position of the last filling liquid level at the lower end opening of the main liquid nozzle, so that the liquid level in the container is at the lower level of the main liquid nozzle. Until the air in the container and the liquid in the storage tank can be exchanged, the final liquid level at the end of filling is stable, and the lower end level of the main liquid nozzle and the liquid level of the filling liquid At the same level, filling accuracy is improved. That is, the surface tension acting on the edge of the lower end opening of the main liquid nozzle is reduced by the water repellent portion, and no bridging due to the filling liquid is formed between the outer peripheral lower end surface of the main liquid nozzle and the liquid surface. This prevents the air from being trapped, prevents the liquid filling from stopping halfway, and reduces the variation in the filling amount.

At this time, in the liquid filling valve of the present invention, the water repellent portion 12 is formed at the position of the last filling liquid level at the lower end opening of the main liquid nozzle 8, and the following operation is performed. Until the liquid level in the container 10 reaches the lower end level (b) of the main liquid nozzle 8 in FIG. 4B, the air 13 in the container 10 and the liquid in the liquid storage tank 1 can be exchanged. When the filling is completed, the final liquid level is stabilized, and the pattern shown in FIG. 4B is obtained, and the filling accuracy is improved. In other words, the surface tension acting on the edge of the lower end opening of the main liquid nozzle 8 is reduced by the water repellent portion 12, and no bridging due to the filling liquid is formed between the outer peripheral lower end surface of the main liquid nozzle 8 and the liquid surface. Entrapment of air in the container 10 is prevented, and liquid filling does not stop halfway.

As described above, the liquid filling valve of the present invention has a water-repellent portion formed at the level of the final filling liquid level at the lower end opening of the main liquid nozzle. Until the bottom level is reached, the air in the container can be replaced with the liquid in the storage tank, the final liquid level at the end of filling can be stabilized, and the bottom level of the main liquid nozzle and the filling liquid The surface can be at the same level, and the filling accuracy can be improved.
That is, the surface tension acting on the lower end opening edge of the main liquid nozzle is reduced by the water-repellent portion, and a bridge due to the filling liquid is not formed between the outer peripheral lower end surface of the main liquid nozzle and the liquid surface,
Entrapment of air in the container can be prevented, and liquid filling does not need to be stopped halfway, thereby reducing variations in the filling amount.
