取り出した前記電子部品を装着する電子部品装着装置で
あって、ヘッド部は、前記吸着ノズルと一体的に平面移
動可能な、認識部及び照明部を具備し、部品供給部から
プリント基板上へのヘッド部の移動中に吸着ノズルに保
持された電子部品の画像を前記認識部に入力するよう構

電子部品7のノズル6に対する相対位置認識時の方法を
