2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a spun yarn made of rayon swoof or vinylon fiber has been used as warp and weft as a woven fabric for an adhesive tape. Each of them is easily torn in the width direction, but has drawbacks such as uneven thickness of the base fabric, and an excessive amount of resin as an adhesive. In order to solve this problem, various types of thin adhesive tape woven fabrics using polyester multifilaments for warp and weft have been proposed. For example, in order to impart hand-cutting properties, which is one of the required properties of adhesive tape fabrics, secondary processing is applied to the polyester multifilament yarn used for warp, and the strength and elongation are set in advance so that it can be easily torn by hand. In addition, as disclosed in JP-A-58-91845, a special polymer is used for the warp to reduce the strength and elongation by heat treatment during the step of producing an adhesive tape.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the conventional technology, of the multifilament physical properties used for the warp of the woven fabric for an adhesive tape, the strength and elongation are optimized (strength of 5 g / d or less, elongation of 25% or less). Although this is a means for improving the hand-cutting property of the adhesive tape, such an effect alone is not always sufficient.

The present inventors have conducted intensive studies on the hand-cutting properties of the adhesive tape. As a result, among the multifilament physical properties used for the warp, in addition to the strength of 5 g / d or less and the elongation of 25% or less, the weaving It was also found that the warp and weft bending structures of the woven fabrics were closely related to the hand-cutting properties of the adhesive tape.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention relates to a woven fabric obtained by weaving a warp and a weft, wherein the warp is a regenerated fiber multifilament having a strength of 5 g / d or less and an elongation of 25% or less, Tensile resistance is smaller than the initial tensile resistance of the warp, and 110 g / d

The woven fabric of the present invention has a warp strength of 5 g / d or less and an elongation of 25 g / d.
% Of the multifilament used for the warp, and the fiber type of the multifilament used for the warp satisfies the above-mentioned strength and elongation, and a regenerated fiber is used because the abrasion of the reed, the heald and the like is small. Multifilament strength 5g /
d, When the elongation exceeds 25%, when the obtained adhesive tape is torn by hand, not only is it difficult to tear, but if it is forcibly torn, the cut end becomes saw-toothed and dirty. As the weft, a polyester multifilament having an initial tensile resistance of 110 g / d or less, which is smaller than the initial tensile resistance of the warp, is used. The use of a polyester multifilament as the fiber type is preferable because it is excellent in strength and durability, and particularly excellent in dimensional stability as a product during the process of producing an adhesive tape and as a product.

As in the past, when weaving with an air jet loom using a polyester multifilament having an initial tensile resistance of more than 110 g / d for the weft of the adhesive tape base fabric, the average tension applied to the warp and the weft is, for example, warp 0.15g / d for weft
Since the average tension applied to the weft is 0.45 g / d and the average tension applied to the warp is greater than the average tension applied to the warp, the structure of the woven fabric has a warp bent structure as shown in FIG. Is not linear with respect to As a result, when the formed pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is torn by hand, the tear stress acting on the warp is dispersed, and the occurrence of yarn fraying and hand-cutting properties are reduced. Further, when the average tension of the warp is simply set to be equal to or higher than the average tension of the weft, the warp becomes fuzzy or the warp breaks, and stable weaving cannot be performed.

In the present invention, the initial tensile resistance of the polyester multifilament used for the weft has an important relationship with the warp and the warp of the woven fabric. That is, the initial tensile resistance of the weft, by using a polyester multifilament consisting of 110 g / d or less, even when the average tension of the weft applied during weaving is larger than the average tension of the warp,
As shown in FIG. 1, the structure of the woven fabric has a weft-bending structure, and the arrangement of the warp is linear in the width direction of the woven fabric. As a result, when the adhesive tape is torn by hand, the dispersion of the tearing stress can be prevented, and extremely good hand-cutting properties can be obtained.

However, if the initial tensile resistance of the warp is smaller than the initial tensile resistance of the weft, even if a polyester multifilament having an initial resistance of 110 g / d or less is used for the weft, the obtained adhesive tape fabric has a warp bent structure. , The hand-cutting property is reduced.

Also, when weaving with an air jet loom (loom rotation speed: 600 rpm) using polyester multifilaments for the weft, the amount of jet air used is 30 Nm 3 per hour per loom to stably fly the weft. And weaving costs are high. On the other hand, in the relationship between the initial tensile resistance of the polyester multifilament, which is a weft, and the amount of blast air used, the initial tensile resistance of 110 g / d or less, more preferably by using a polyester multifilament having 105 g / d or less. In addition, the amount of jet air used can be considerably reduced to 21 Nm 3 per hour per loom, and a fabric for an adhesive tape can be produced economically.

Example 1 A cupra (Bemberg) multifilament having a total fineness of 75 denier, 45 filaments, a strength of 2.7 g / d, an elongation of 9.8%, and an initial tensile resistance of 135 g / d was used for the warp, and the total fineness was 100.
Polyester multifilament having denier, 36 filaments, strength 4.0 g / d, elongation 33%, and initial tensile resistance 105 g / d is used as the weft, and the weaving density is 74 / inch in the warp direction and 40 / in the weft direction.
It was woven with an air jet loom (Tsudakoma ZA-103 type, 600 rpm) as an inch. As a result of examining the warp structure and the warp structure of the obtained adhesive tape fabric, the warp structure became a weft warp structure as shown in FIG. 1, and the warps showed a linear arrangement in the fabric width direction. In addition, as a result of measuring the injection air consumption, it was 20.1 Nm 3 per hour per loom.

Using this greige fabric as a base cloth, a polyethylene film having a thickness of 50 μm was melt-extruded and bonded to the front side of the base cloth for lamination. Further, a release agent was applied to the front side of the base fabric, and an adhesive was applied to the back side, to prepare an adhesive tape. The adhesive tape obtained in this manner was evaluated for hand-cutting properties. As a result, the adhesive tape could be easily torn by hand, the thread was not frayed, and the cut was extremely clean. The results are shown in Table 1.
