も、囲いネツトを確実且つ円滑に降下できるので安全で

まで、ネット全体が降下しななっても、錘17が吊上げ
ワイヤ−1の中間に吊下り状態で降下して行くので吊上
げワイヤ−1へは負荷が常に掛かる状態となり電動ウイ
ンチに巻かれているワイヤ−1が緊張状態が維持され全
く緩むことはなく乱巻状態に陥らず円滑に下降する。そ
のために乱巻の点検等の保守管理が容易に行なえるよう
になるとともに、ネット転倒の危険をより確実に回避で
きるようになった。特に、既設のポ−ル型囲いネット装
置に、そのまま手を着けずに、ポ−ルPと吊上げワイヤ
−1に大変簡単に装着できようになったので大いに普及
することが期待される。

記前滑車移動軸(7)と平行に後滑車移動軸(11)を
架設して後滑車(10)をスライド可能に枢着し、先端

行にバネ係止軸(13)を架設すると共に該バネ係止軸
