However, even if the resin film is made porous by these conventional methods, most of the cells are closed cells or open cells. Therefore, the resin film and the resin film formed in this manner have no moisture permeability and moisture absorption / exhaustability, are cold to the touch, and are far from the demand for a feeling close to a natural product.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The characteristic means of the present invention is that a natural leather piece is heated and pressurized simultaneously with steam in a sealed pressure vessel, and then the pressure vessel is instantaneously opened and depressurized to reduce the leather piece. Swelling and drying,
The leather powder obtained by pulverization is mixed into a synthetic resin liquid, and the synthetic resin liquid is applied to a target base material, or the target base material is immersed in the synthetic resin liquid, and the synthetic resin liquid is coagulated. By immersing the leather powder in hot or hot water to elute a part of the leather powder, the resin film has a fine porous structure in micron units. That is, it imparts a moisture absorbing / releasing function, moisture permeability and the like. In addition, moisture absorption and drainage by the manufacturing method,
It is to produce a fibrous sheet material having moisture permeability and the like.

(Function) The present invention utilizes the property that, when a leather containing water is exposed to a high-temperature steam atmosphere, a part of the collagen constituting the leather has a physical property close to that of gelatin and is relatively easily dissolved in warm water or boiling water. In the case, when natural leather pieces containing water are heated and pressurized simultaneously with steam in a sealed pressure vessel,
The inside of the container is in a high-temperature and high-humidity state, and after a predetermined time, the leather piece is denatured into a gelatinized part and an undenatured collagen tissue. In addition, as this leather piece has a high moisture content and a high steam pressure, the longer the holding time in the pressure vessel,
The conversion rate of collagen to gelatinous material increases. next,
When the pressure vessel is instantaneously opened and depressurized, the leather piece expands due to rapid expansion of high-temperature and high-pressure water contained in the leather tissue of the leather piece. Then, the leather pieces are subdivided into fine mixed particle pieces of collagen and gelatin by the expansion, and the leather powder obtained by drying and pulverizing the pieces becomes a very uniform mixture of collagen and gelatin. In addition, since the expanded leather piece has a finely divided collagen tissue, it is extremely easy to pulverize the leather piece, and since the pores inside the leather tissue are expanded, the leather piece is dried and finely pulverized. The resulting leather powder has a significantly increased specific surface area as compared to leather powder obtained by simply grinding leather pieces without performing these treatments, and is more easily dissolved in warm water or hot water. Therefore, this leather powder is mixed into a synthetic resin liquid, and the synthetic resin liquid is applied to a target substrate, or the target substrate is immersed in the synthetic resin liquid, and then the synthetic resin liquid is solidified. Is dissolved in warm water or hot water to elute only gelatin, leaving traces of dissolution as fine pores on the order of microns, and an extremely uniform and fine porous structure can be obtained. Thereby, it is possible to produce a resin film having a soft touch, rich flexibility, and excellent moisture permeability. In addition, the leather powder mainly composed of the collagen remaining without being dissolved is exposed on the film surface and the wall surface in the pores, and has the inherent properties of natural leather, that is, functions of absorbing and discharging moisture, effects such as moisture permeability, A resin film having a soft touch and color tone can be obtained. Furthermore, a pigment is added to a synthetic resin liquid, or a paint in which leather powder is mixed with an existing synthetic resin paint is applied to a metal,
After forming a coating film on the object to be coated such as wood, resin, paper, etc. by a method such as spraying, coating, dipping, etc., by immersing the leather powder in hot water or hot water in the same manner to elute a part of the leather powder, in micron units It is possible to obtain a coating film having a fine porous structure, excellent moisture permeability, a soft touch and an excellent color tone.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to produce a resin film and a coating film that have a soft touch as compared with the related art, have high flexibility, and are excellent in moisture permeability and moisture absorption / desorption properties. In addition, the physical properties of the leather powder itself may be changed depending on the processing conditions of the expansion and fine pulverization of the leather during the production of the mixed leather powder, and the mixing ratio of the leather powder in the synthetic resin liquid and adjustment by hot water or hot water treatment may be used. The resin film or the coating film suitable for the purpose of use can be obtained by arbitrarily adjusting the combination and the moisture absorption / desorption property.

A steam of pressure 3.1 kg / cm 2 is sent into the container for 6 minutes and heated and pressurized at the same time as heating. Then, the pressure container is instantaneously opened and decompressed to expand the leather. 32me
66% or less leather powder was obtained. The leather powder was further finely pulverized with a jet mill to obtain a leather powder having a specific surface area of 8300 cm 2 / gr. Next, a mixed paint prepared by mixing the leather powder with a paint containing a polyurethane resin as a main component at a weight ratio of 20% to the resin solid content is applied to a wallpaper base material and dried to form a coating film. After that, when immersed in 100 ° C warm water for 15 minutes and dried, countless minute pores were formed in the coating film,
A coating having a porous structure was formed. The resulting wallpaper had moisture absorption and desorption properties, had a soft touch on the surface, and had a subdued color tone.

(Example 2) The same leather powder as in Example 1 was mixed in a polyurethane resin liquid at a weight ratio of 40% to the resin solid content, applied to a fiber base material, and dried to produce a fibrous sheet material. Next, when this was immersed in warm water of 100 ° C. for 15 minutes, about 25% of the gelatinous material of the leather powder was eluted. After drying, the traces became fine pores, and a fibrous sheet material having a porous structure was obtained. Obtained. As a result of the test, the fibrous sheet material has sufficient softness in all of moisture permeability, water absorption and drainage properties, flexibility, and tensile strength, and has excellent features that have not been exhibited as a conventional moisture-permeable sheet material.
