2. Description of the Related Art Heretofore, seal members for fittings such as doors, doors and sash windows of this kind have been extruded with a constituent material such as vinyl chloride or a protective film. Although the sealing member molded by these methods has a good joint state,
Since it is very poor in lubricity and extremely flexible, it takes a lot of trouble and time to insert it into the edge frame, and also has a troublesome use of an adhesive, and the sealing member when separating and opening each fitting. However, since the joints have good adhesion, the resistance is high and they are not easily separated, and the opening and closing of each fitting is not smooth, and a very large force is required. In addition, it is generally known that a silicone resin is applied to a surface portion of a joint surface of each seal member in order to smooth a lubrication by opening and closing each fitting. In the case where silicone resin is applied to the surface of this seal member, the joining and separation are very smooth at first. There is.

In order to achieve the above object, according to the method of molding a seal member of the present invention, the seal body is made of a semi-rigid synthetic resin attachment piece and a soft synthetic resin joint piece. And a thin protective coating on the surface, and the constituent material to be formed on the surface of the attaching piece and the joining piece is a low-viscosity, high-flow polyolefin resin as a base material. Using a synthetic resin obtained by mixing various types of powders or particles of polyolefin resin having a higher viscosity and a lower fluidity than the base material, and attaching the attachment piece, the joining piece and the thin protective coating to each other. Heat extrusion molding is performed simultaneously by three separate extrusion molding machines, and thereafter, the low and high viscosities of the surface of the thin protective film are obtained by inserting the inside of one mold die and polymerizing integrally. Irregularities caused by different melting points In rough surface portion is a molding method of a good seal member in frictional resistance with less bonding and separation. Further, a foam synthetic resin is used as a constituent material of the joining portion piece of the soft synthetic resin, and the purpose is to reduce the impact of each fitting.

Since the present invention is formed as described above, the present invention solves the drawback of the conventional sealing member formed by vinyl chloride and the protective film, that is, the deterioration of the smoothness of the contact surface. At the same time, with the effect that it becomes very easy to push into the attachment part and with the conventional silicone resin applied to the surface of the joint surface, the joint separation is good at first, but the coated part can be used during long-term use. Has the effect of solving the drawback that the film is peeled and becomes soft and has no lubrication. Then, since the seal body was polymerized by heat and pressure during extrusion molding of the compatible three members of the attachment piece, the joint piece, and the thin protective coating, the entire body could be firmly molded and peeled. It has the effect that it can be used safely over a long period of time. In addition, a thin protective coating obtained by mixing various small or large powders or particles of high viscosity and low fluidity with respect to the base material of low viscosity and high fluidity is provided on the surface of the attachment portion of the semi-rigid polyolefin-based synthetic resin. Since the molding was applied simultaneously with the extrusion molding, the thin protective coating was surely formed with a rough surface portion comprising irregular irregular surfaces made of synthetic resins having different melting points due to heat and pressure during molding, and the rough surface portion was formed on the thin protective film. Therefore, the frictional resistance of the joint surface is reduced, the lubrication when the fitting is inserted into the receiving groove of the fitting or the like is improved, and there is a convenient practical effect that the insertion work is remarkably easy. In addition, the surface of the joint piece made of a soft synthetic resin is mixed with a low-viscosity, high-flow base material and various kinds of high-viscosity, low-flow powders or particles of a polyolefin-based synthetic resin, and extruded. A thin protective film with easily formed irregular surfaces of synthetic resin with different melting points is easily formed on the surface, so that it plays a sufficient role of buffering the contact surface with each fitting, and the contact by the rough surface Since the resistance is very small, there is an effect that separation of each fitting and the like at the time of opening and closing can be performed lightly. In addition, an uneven surface formed on the surface of the thin protective film has an effect that the watertightness is remarkably excellent because a water passage or the like is not formed. In addition, the use of a foamed synthetic resin as a constituent material of the joint piece has an effect that, besides the above-mentioned effects, the buffering action is remarkably improved and the airtight action is sufficiently achieved.
