For example, when a window is closed, the frame of the window and the frame of the shoji shoji move closer together, and a gasket is installed on the frame to close the gap and prevent wind and rain from entering. When the sash is locked, the sash is compressed to a certain point, and to facilitate this operation, the sash is made of soft rubber, plastic, or foam with appropriate elasticity and covered with rubber. things are used. However, this kind of patchkin often
Since it is used in areas that come into direct contact with the outside air, the material of the gasket deteriorates due to the effects of heat, ultraviolet rays, and outside air, and becomes sticky. Furthermore, depending on the type of surface treatment and deterioration of the fitting parts that come into contact with the packing, the packing becomes more likely to stick to the fitting parts, and therefore, after being closed for a long period of time,
Also, when trying to open the fittings at the change of seasons, a large amount of force is required, and in some cases, it is impossible to open the fittings.

The purpose of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems of the conventional technology. Therefore, even when the fittings have been closed for a long time, the seals can be easily opened without sticking to the parts of the fittings that come into contact with them. An object of the present invention is to provide a gasket for fittings that can be used for fittings.

The feature of the seal for fittings according to the present invention is that a groove is formed along the longitudinal direction of the contact surface of the seal, and a non-adhesive material that does not stick even over time is placed in the groove. This is because it is in contact with the contacted member of the fittings.

Next, description will be given with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows an example of a conventional sliding sash equipped with a packing. In the figure, 1 is the frame, 2 is the stile of the shoji, and the packing 3 is the part that comes into contact when opening and closing the fittings. In the illustrated example, it is used to seal between the frame 1 and the stile 2, and is installed at a predetermined position on the frame 1. FIG. 2 shows a conventional packing in which a foam body 4 is coated with rubber 5. As seen in Figs. 1 and 2, the conventional packing is called Packin 3.
Since they were constructed entirely of a single material, or were made of a foam covered with rubber as shown in FIG. 2, they had the drawbacks mentioned above.

The main body of the fitting packing 10 according to the present invention may be made of the same material as the conventional one, but as shown in FIG. is formed. This groove 11 is provided along the longitudinal direction of the packing 10. A highly non-adhesive material 12 is placed in the groove 11 so that the material 12 comes into contact with the fitting member. Therefore, the cross-sectional shape of the groove 11 corresponds to the shape of the material 12 inserted therein. The material of this material 12 has a property that it does not become sticky even after the packing 10 is installed at a predetermined position of the fitting and that it does not become sticky even after the passage of time, and therefore has heat resistance and weather resistance as well as non-stick property. As such material 12, silicone rubber, fluorine rubber, chlorosulfonated rubber, EPT rubber, etc. are used, and although it is preferable to have a certain degree of elasticity, the elasticity required for the packing is not necessarily required.

The material of this material 12 is selected depending on the price, workability, workability, elasticity, etc. of the material, and its shape is usually a rod-like shape as shown in FIG. 3 or a band-like shape as shown in FIG. Its cross-sectional shape is appropriately determined depending on various factors. The material 12 may also be placed in the groove 11 by fitting or by gluing. This material 12 may be used in a minimum amount as a contact portion exhibiting a non-adhesive function.

Therefore, in this packing 10, the material 12 provided on the contact surface 10' of the packing comes into contact with the member of the fittings, but the main body of the packing 10 does not, so that the packing main body has the same price, workability, elasticity, etc. as before. The material 12 is made of a material that has properties suitable for a seal, and the material 12 may be made of a non-adhesive material that is excellent even if the properties of the seal are unfavorable, so the excellent properties are shared between the two materials. Therefore, a gasket with excellent properties as a gasket and non-adhesive is constructed.

Therefore, according to the present invention, it has excellent properties as a packing, and the non-adhesive material provided in the packing comes into contact with the members of the fittings.
It will not stick even if it remains closed for a long time or when the seasons change, so the opening function of the fittings will be stable over a long period of time, and its lifespan will be extended.
