That is, in the figure, 1 is a self-propelled mixer truck, in which a slurry-like concrete fluid 2 (hereinafter simply referred to as a fluid), which is a raw material of lightweight cellular concrete, can be stored. It is configured such that the fluid 2 can be constantly stirred. Reference numeral 3 denotes a support rod protruding horizontally on one side of the mixer truck, and two injection pipes 4a, 4 also attached to one side of the mixer truck 1.
The tip of b is supported via the hanging tool 5. The injection nozzles 7 are connected to the tips of the injection pipes 4a and 4b via telescopic hoses 6.
a, 7b are mounted, and these injection nozzles 7a, 7b are configured so as to be able to move up and down by a hydraulic cylinder 8 mounted on the support rod 3 and the hanging tool 5. The injection nozzles 7a and 7b are provided with opening / closing valves 9, respectively. 1
Reference numeral 0 denotes a fixed formwork for molding a lightweight cellular concrete plate, in which a reinforcing bar cage 11 is inserted at the center thereof, and the injection nozzles 7a and 7b are connected between the reinforcing bar cage 11 and the inner side wall of the forming frame 10. It is configured to be able to move up and down.

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> However, in the conventional apparatus for injecting a fluid, the support rod 3 and the injection pipes 4a and 4b are integrally attached to the mixer truck 1, so that the mixer truck 1 In order to inject the fluid 2 into the mold 10, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the injection pipes 4a, 4b are swung over the mold 10, and then the injection nozzles 7a, 7
b, are respectively lowered into the mold 10, and in this state, the fluid 2 is injected from the injection nozzles 7a, 7b, and after the injection is completed, the injection nozzles 7a, 7b are raised and the injection pipe Four
The mixer truck 1 must be run by turning a, 4b to the position shown by the chain line in FIG. 7, so that the entire movement is extremely complicated, and there is a problem that it takes time for each movement. . Further, since the mixer rod 1 is integrally provided with the support rod 3, the injection pipes 4a and 4b, and the injection nozzles 7a and 7b, the mixer wheel 1 must have a large structure capable of supporting heavy objects. Therefore, the mobility of the mixer truck 1 also has a problem.
