たサイロの直下まで布設された走行レール上を往復動可
能な電動台車と該電動台車に設けられ前記サイロ排出口
に嵌装される上下動自在な受入口および袋口取付口を有
するパッカと前記走行レール途中に設置された該フレコ
ンバッグ等袋類の取入口のファスナ(ジッパ)閉塞装置
と該電動台車の往復動の運転停止、該パッカの受入口の
上下動の運転停止ならびに該ファスナ閉塞装置の閉塞動
作等を制御する制御盤とで構成されるバラ物自動充填装
置であって、 該ファスナ閉塞装置は、袋類の取入口の側方を押圧し該
取入口の上端部を合致させるための左右一対の袋口押え
機と、袋類の取入口上端に設けたファスナの取手を挾持
し、かつ、ファスナの閉方向に移動するチャックを有す
る閉塞機とからなり、 該閉塞機のチャックは、中間のピン支点で交差し該ピン
支点回りに回動自在な鋏状の左右一対のアームと、該両
アームの上端内側に弾装した圧縮コイルばねならびに電
磁石と鉄心とからなる該チャックの把持離脱手段と、該
チャックの昇降手段ならびに水平移動手段とから構成さ
れる バラ物自動充填装置。
