てしていた。(Prior art) Conventionally, when a laminated film is manufactured by the T-die method, the viscosity of the extruded resin and the flow rate of the resin are different due to a difference in a kind of raw material resin and a difference in molding conditions. There has been a problem that uneven thickness of the film and various troubles at both edges of the film (for example, troubles such as poor adhesion at both ends due to poor cleaning at the time of resin switching) occur. In order to solve such a problem, conventionally, a deckle having an appropriate shape for each condition is exchanged to control the flow width of the resin. FIG. 2 is an overall view showing a conventional general T-die apparatus. Reference numeral 11 denotes a T-die main body. Deckels 12 are provided on both sides of the T-die for regulating the flow width of the resin. The deckle was changed due to the difference. Further, as an improved technique which facilitates the exchange of the deckle, for example, there is a technique described in Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 58-79323. FIG. 3 is a view showing a two-stage deckle disclosed in the publication. Reference numeral 11 denotes a T-die main body, on both sides of which a deckle 12 is provided, and an upper deckle 12a and a lower deckle 1 are provided.
It was provided so as to be separable in a superposed form of 2b. Each deckle is supported by a separate support bar. Then, the lower deckle 12b was removed and replaced with another lower deckle 12b due to a difference in resin and a difference in molding conditions.

And complicated work, and the work time was long. Also, various kinds of deckles were required, and the cost was extremely high. Therefore, there has been a demand for an inexpensive T-die deckle that can overcome differences in resin and molding conditions with simpler operations.

The deckle is moved to the outside of the T-die by sliding the support bar 6 of the main body portion 1 in which the exchange portion 2 is fitted.
The replacement part 2 is moved at right angles to the direction of slide of the deckle (the direction of the support rod 6) while the support rod 6 is fixed from the holder (not shown) of the T-die apparatus to which the support rod 6 is fixed. Thereby, the replacement part 2 can be removed. In addition, the support rod 6 (not shown)
May be completely removed, and then the replacement unit 2 may be replaced.
Next, a replacement part of the deckle suitable for molding conditions is appropriately selected, and the replacement part 2 is fitted and attached to the main body part.

Good. In addition, since the replacement part of the deckle can be divided by moving the deckle in a direction perpendicular to the sliding direction of the entire deckle, there is no need to completely remove the support rod from the holder, and the replacement operation is simple. In addition, since the exchange part of the deckle is a small part, the cost is lower than the cost of creating various kinds of deckles.
