ッケルに関する。

の条件に適切な形状のデッケルを交換して樹脂の流れ巾
を規制することによって対処していた。第3図は従来の
一般的なTダイ装置を示す全体図であり、11はTダイ本
体で、この両側に樹脂の流れ巾を規制するためのデッケ
ル12(一体型デッケル)を設け、樹脂の違い、成形条件
の違いによりデッケルを交換していた。また、このデッ
ケルの交換をよりし易く改良した技術として、例えば、
実開昭58−79323号公報に記載されるものがあった。第
4図は該公報のTダイ用デッケルを示す図であり、11は
Tダイ本体で、この両側にデッケル12を、上部デッケル
12a及び下部デッケル12bの2段に重ね合わせた形で分割
可能に設けていた(2段型デッケル)。各々のデッケル
12a、12bはそれぞれ別々の支持棒によって支持されてい
る。そして、樹脂の違い、成形条件の違いにより下部デ
ッケル12bのみを支持棒と共に引き抜いて別の下部デッ
ケル12bと交換してしていた。

のデッケルで対応することができる。
