BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an organic fertilizer, particularly an organic fertilizer starting from feathers of a young chicken, which contains a liquid component containing a large amount of nitrogen and a solid component containing a large amount of phosphorus. And a solid or wet solid fertilizer and a method for producing the same.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventional fertilizers are described in N.I. P. Chemical fertilizers were realized as K and three factors, and were produced in factories. However, recently, chemical fertilizers have caused various problems such as degraded agricultural land, obstacles to continuous cropping, deterioration of soberness, and infiltration of pesticides, and attention has been paid to organic fertilizers. Of the organic fertilizers, compost is of course important, but there are restrictions on the materials used to cause fermentation.

Since a large amount of feathers are produced as waste accompanying the broiler industry using chickens as raw materials, various studies have been made for cold protection or for agricultural products. It is known that it is hardly decomposed even if it is plowed, and there is a practical problem when it is raw.

Means for Solving the Problems The present inventors have focused on the keratinous protein feathers, succeeded in obtaining a very useful organic fertilizer to handle this. That summary of the invention, and down chicken of about 6 months after the raw, in slaked lime aqueous solution, sodium sulfide, sodium polysulfide, and a reducing agent selected from亞硫sodium hydrogen, amines, hydrazine sub anti A fertilizer (solid-liquid mixture) obtained by adding an antioxidant, hydrolyzing and then neutralizing with phosphoric acid, a filtrate (liquid fertilizer) obtained by filtering the fertilizer, and a filtration residue (precipitate) And a method for producing the same.

[0005] Broiler chickens are produced in factories about 6 months after birth, but a large amount of feathers are produced as waste due to the large amount of treatment, and the burning treatment causes pollution, and the sedimentation treatment of agricultural land and the like is extensive. However, although studies have been conducted to obtain a foaming agent for concrete from the protein, studies on the use of fertilizers have been insufficient.

In view of the above, the present inventors have conducted intensive studies and selected feathers of about 6 months old chicken from sodium sulfide, sodium polysulfide and sodium bisulfite in an aqueous solution of slaked lime. By adding a reducing agent, an amine and a hydrazine-based side reaction inhibitor and hydrolyzing it, the raw material keratin protein is decomposed to a molecular weight of 500 to 1500, and then neutralized with phosphoric acid. Fertilizer and a method for producing fertilizer. At this time, the above neutralized product is a solid-liquid mixture, which is separated into a protein-based filtrate and a calcium phosphate-based precipitate by filtration, each of which is useful as a fertilizer.

The liquid obtained by the present invention has a polypeptide having a molecular weight of 500-1500, and contains a large amount of nitrogen but very small amounts of phosphorus (due to decomposition of phosphoric acid) and sulfur (from the reducing agent). ) Etc. and if the concentration is appropriate,
It has a remarkable effect in hydroponics of fruits and tomatoes as a quick-acting foliar spray fertilizer. In addition, most of the solid matter is calcium phosphate, but part of the solid matter is useful as a phosphorus-based fertilizer containing hardly soluble nitrogen derived from collagen and the like. In the present invention, if the fertilizer is used as a fertilizer without filtration after the phosphoric acid neutralization, a fertilizer containing both nitrogen and phosphoric acid can be obtained. In addition, since the components of the solution and the solid are different, of course, both are organic fertilizers, so when used as a fertilizer, it is easy to form a useful aggregate structure of the soil, and the propagation of microorganisms has a favorable effect. The same effect as described above can be obtained.

In the present invention, by causing sodium sulfide, sodium polysulfide, and sodium bisulfite to coexist in the hydrolysis, the cystine bond is cleaved and generation of an unpleasant odor can be prevented. Further, when the hydrolysis of keratin protein with slaked lime, when the cystine bond is cleaved, a thiol group, a vinyl group, resulting aldehyde groups, which is stable lanthionine is significantly inhibited alkaline degradation caused by secondary reactions Is believed to be something. In the present invention, hydrazine, hydroxylamine, piperazine,
By adding methylamines as a side reaction inhibitor and inactivating aldehyde groups and thiols, hydrolysis by slaked lime could be effectively performed.

The amount of chemical used is determined empirically by a certain amount. Decomposition conditions are preferably from 100 ° C. to 120 ° C. in a pressure cooker for about 30 minutes to 1 hour from the viewpoint of workability, economy and quality stability. After the decomposition is completed, the filtrate (containing a large amount of N) and the precipitate (containing a large amount of P) can be separated into fertilizers as necessary.

The feathers of about 6 months old chickens produced from the broiler factory are washed, and 1000 g of the feathers are poured into a pressure cooker and water 10
In order to emulsify the oils and fats in the feather by adding liters and to improve the penetration of chemicals, about 1% of DBS as a surfactant is added to the weight of the feather and stirred well. Next, 100 g of slaked lime, 10 g of sodium bisulfite and 10 g of hydrazine are charged into a pressure cooker, and decomposed at 100 ° C. to 120 ° C. for 1 hour. After completion of the decomposition, the mixture was neutralized with phosphoric acid to pH 7.0. After the neutralization, the decomposition solution was boiled and filtered to obtain a protein-based decomposition product having a concentration of 15 to 16%.

[Example 2] Feathers of a young chicken about 6 months old were obtained from a broiler plant,
A mixture of 1000 g of this and 10 liters of water with 1% by weight of DBS added to feathers was put into a pressure cooker and stirred well.
Next, 100 g of slaked lime, 50 g of sodium sulfide and 50 cc of methylamine are added, and the mixture is decomposed at 100 ° C. to 120 ° C. for 1 hour. Immediately after the decomposition is completed, neutralize with phosphoric acid and adjust the pH to 7.0.
Set to 0. The digestion solution is then boiled and filtered to a concentration of 1
A calcium phosphate-based solid fertilizer is obtained from 5 to 16% of liquid fertilizer and phosphoric acid in the filtration residue.

A specific example in the case of using this fertilizer as a fertilizer is as follows. When the liquid fertilizer obtained in Example 1 was used as a liquid spray fertilizer for foliage for hydroponic cultivation of tomato, the number of fruits increased by 10% or the weight of the fruits in comparison with those not using this fertilizer. A favorable result of 10% was obtained.

[0015] When the solid-liquid mixed fertilizer obtained in Example 1 was sprayed on agricultural land, the soil recovery was quick, and the porosity of the soil was increased due to the aggregation effect. It was recognized that foam particles were generated and the moisturizing effect was enhanced. (Depending on the amount used, the soil temperature increased by 2 to 3 ° C. compared to the place not used even in winter. In addition, since the fertilizer of each of the above-mentioned examples contains organic substances, the fertilizers of the fertilizers are degraded by microorganisms and the like. Because it occurred slowly, it was extremely useful unlike synthetic fertilizers that rapidly decomposed.
