【発明の詳細な説明】
（イ） 産業上の利用分野
本発明は、枠体の隅角部に設けた脚体を折り畳み自在
とする電気コタツに関する。
（ロ） 従来の技術
従来における、脚体を折り畳むという電気コタツは例
えば実公昭37−30149号公報にも開示されているように
電熱器が本体から大きく下方へ突出しているため、この
状態で床面に載置してローテーブルとして使用できない
という欠点があった。
（ハ） 発明が解決しようとする問題点
そこで、本発明は、脚体を折り畳んでローテーブルと
して使用でき、しかもその状態で使用しても枠体や棧の
変形を防止できる電気コタツを提供せんとするものであ
る。
（ニ） 問題点を解決するための手段
本発明は、脚体の一部を電熱ユニットを設けた棧の下
面部に向って略水平となる如く折り畳み自在とするとと
もにこの脚体の折畳部を前記棧の合わせ部下面に当接す
るようにした構成を有するものである。
（ホ） 作用
斯る構成によると、脚体を折り畳んだ状態で床面上に
載置してローテーブルとして使用し、その時にコタツ本
体上面に人が乗ったり重い荷物が乗せられても、その時
の荷重による外力は棧の合わせ部で受け止められて、棧
の部分的な変形や破損を防止するものである。
（ヘ） 実施例
（１）はコタツ本体を示し、断面が略コ字形の取付金
具（２）を介して４本の長尺状の板を枠型に組み合わせ
た枠体（３）と、この枠体（３）の内部空間内に井型に
組合わされた４本の棧（４）…と、これらの棧（４）…
で形成される空間に配設される略正方形で温風を強制発
生せしめる電熱ユニット（５）と、前記枠体（３）の隅
角部に設けられる４本の脚体（６）…等で形成されるて
いる。
前記電熱ユニット（５）は、化粧板（７）と保護ガー
ド（８）とで薄型となる様に外殻を構成し、これらの内
部空間内に平板状の風案内板（９）と、一対の棒状ヒー
タ（10）（10）と、支持板（11）に支持されたモータで
回転駆動されるファン（12）等を備えている。（13）は
ヒータ（10）（10）への通電を制御する温度調節ツマ
ミ、（14）は電源コードである。そして、前記電熱ユニ
ット（５）は複数の棧（４）…で形成される空間内に収
納配置され且つこの電熱ユニット（５）の最下端部は第
４図に示す如く前記棧（４）の下端面と略同一面かある

前記脚体（６）は前記取付金具（２）にボルト（20）
で固定される固定脚（6a）と、この固定脚（6a）に対し
て節動機構（図示せず）で節動動作して折り畳み自在な
折畳脚（6b）との２部材で構成されている。そして、前
記折畳脚（6b）の長さを第３図の様に前記電熱ユニット
（５）の下面部を覆う長さとしている。しかも、折畳脚
（6b）は２本の前記棧（４）（４）の合わせ部（Ｔ）の
下面に当接するように成している。
従って、電熱ユニット（５）は棧（４）の下端面より
も凹むかあるいは略同一面となる様に構成しているた
め、脚体（６）の折畳脚（6b）をこの電熱ユニット
（５）に邪魔されずに棧（４）の下面部でしかも合わせ
部（Ｔ）に当接する如く折り畳むことができ、その結果
折畳脚（6b）で電熱ユニット（５）の下面部を覆うこと
ができ、よって第３図の如く脚体（６）を折り畳んでコ
タツ本体（１）を壁にもたれかすとか、持ち運ぶ時にお
いて部屋内の家庭電気器具や家具にこのコタツ本体
（１）が当っても、電熱ユニット（５）は脚体（６）の
折畳脚（6b）で保護されるものである。
そして、前記折畳脚（6b）は単に電熱ユニット（５）
の下面部を覆うだけでなく、この折畳脚（6b）が直接電
熱ユニット（５）の保護ガード（８）を下方から押圧し
て変形させない様に、折畳脚（6b）を棧（４）の下面部
に当接するようにしている。
しかも、折畳脚（6b）は棧（４）…の合わせ部（Ｔ）
に積極的に当接しているため、あるいは電熱ユニット
（５）の下面部に軽く接触する程度であるため、たと
え、第４図の様に脚体（６）を折り畳んでローテーブル
として使用する時に家庭電気器具や家具による外力が上
面から脚体（６）の折畳脚（6b）に与えられたとして
も、その外力は棧（４）の合わせ部（Ｔ）にそのほとん

隅角部から対角線上に折り畳まれるのがよく、しかも当
然のことながら折畳脚（6b）は長い方がよいものであ
る。
（ト） 発明の効果
本発明は斯る構成を有するため、脚体を折畳んでロー
テーブルとして使用するときであっても、折畳まれた脚
体は直接電熱ユニットの下面部や一本の棧に対して強く
押圧しないように棧の合わせ部に当接するため、電熱ユ
ニットはこの折畳まれた脚体でその外形が変形したり、
破損したりすることが防止され、しかもコタツ本体の上
面からの外力は棧の合わせ部で受け止められるので、棧
自身の変形や破損、そしてコタツ本体の変形も防止され
