(Effect of the invention) As shown in the above embodiment, the foot warmer of the invention has a pair of gate-shaped rods facing each other, and a pair of connecting rods installed in parallel between both sides of each upper end. a frame body formed of a frame body; an exterior material capable of continuously covering the rear surface, upper and lower surfaces, and both side surfaces of the frame body; It consists of a grafted carbon ceramic radiant heat mat that can be electrically conductive, with finely powdered carbon applied over the entire outer surface of the ceramic, and the heat generated from each radiant heat mat is passed through the exterior material that covers the frame. This foot heater has a compact design that reflects heat toward the front opening, so unlike conventional heating equipment, it can be used in offices where the floor is made of concrete or cool material. It is possible to efficiently warm the feet even in the workplace, and there is almost no heat leaking to the outside, allowing radiant heat to be concentrated on the important parts. In addition, the radiant area is reduced by applying the grafted carbon/ceramic agent of the radiant heat mat. In addition to being large in size, far infrared rays are emitted from the radiant heat mat due to heater heat, which improves thermal efficiency and reduces power costs, making it highly valuable as it also has an energy-saving effect.
