DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (Industrial application field) The present invention relates to a method in which a long towel cloth woven in a state in which a large number of towel cloth pieces are connected to each other at a cast portion between the towel cloth pieces. The present invention relates to a towel cloth cutting device adapted to cut. (Prior Art) In the long towel cloth, the conventional work of manually cutting the cast portion woven between adjacent towel cloth pieces with scissors has a problem that it is extremely troublesome. In order to solve this problem, a drawer for drawing out the long towel cloth in the drawing direction along a passage through which the long towel cloth passes, and a space between the towel cloth pieces in the long towel cloth drawn by the drawer. It is conceivable to provide a cutting device main body for cutting the cast portion, and to separate the towel fabric pieces of the long towel fabric successively drawn by the drawing device at the cast portion. However, as shown in FIG. 13, the long towel cloth is arranged orthogonal to the passage to be passed when the caster portion 1c is curved or oblique to the traveling direction of the towel cloth 1. There is a problem that the slanted or curved cast portion cannot be cut by the cutting device body. In order to solve this, a comb for engaging the cast is placed near the cutting blade and in the passage of the towel cloth, and the cast of the towel engages with the comb during the movement of the towel. There is known a technical matter in which the cast portion of the towel is made orthogonal to the moving direction (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 54-46).
No. 990). However, according to the above configuration, a large gap is inevitably formed between the blade cutting blade and the comb tooth, and especially in the case of towel cloth having an extremely short cast portion, the cut position of the cast portion is unevenly distributed. , Cannot be cut at its center position,
There was a major problem that the casts formed on both sides of the towel after cutting were irregular. (Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the present invention, except for the above-mentioned conventional problems, when the long towel cloth is cut at the cast portion, the cast portion is brought close to the cutting device main body so as to coincide with the cutting direction. Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a towel cloth cutting device which can cut the cast portion one after another with high efficiency, and can cut the cast portion at an intermediate position even if the cast portion is short and narrow. (Means for Solving the Problems) The towel cloth cutting device of the present invention comprises a drawer for drawing out the long towel cloth in a drawing direction along a passage to which the long towel cloth passes, and a drawer. A cutting device main body for cutting a cast portion between the towel cloth pieces of the drawn out long towel cloth, wherein the towel cloth pieces of the long towel cloth successively drawn out by the drawing apparatus are casted one after another. In the towel cloth cutting device that is to be separated at the part, on the retraction side of the cutting device body,
A large number of hooks for engaging the cast portion to be cut by the cutting device body and aligning the cast portion at right angles to the expected passage before cutting, and retracting from the cast portion before cutting. The piece, with respect to the cast portion, provided with an alignment device that is freely movable forward and backward from an obliquely upward angle within the angle formed by the vertical movement locus of the movable blade in the cutting device main body and the expected passage. On the drawing side from the position where the hooking piece hooks on the caster portion, the caster in the aligned state after being aligned orthogonally to the passage to be passed by the plurality of hooking pieces in the aligning device. A towel cloth piece having a portion is pressed by a pressing piece before the retraction of the latching piece of the alignment device, and after the retraction of the latching piece, is maintained until the cast portion is cut by the cutting device body. With a clamping device It is intended. (Operation) The cast portion of the long towel cloth pulled out by the drawing device is such that a large number of locking pieces in the aligning device descend obliquely from above, so that the cast portion near the cutting blade becomes longer in the longitudinal direction of the towel cloth. They are aligned at right angles to each other, and the alignment is clamped. After that, a large number of locking pieces of the aligning device are retracted from near the cutting blade, and after the blocking pieces that are in the way are no longer present, the narrow casters there. The part is cut by the cutting device body. (Embodiment) Drawings showing an embodiment of the present application will be described below. First
In FIG. 2 and FIG. 2, the long towel cloth 1 is formed by continuously weaving a large number of towel cloth pieces 1A in the longitudinal direction. Each towel cloth piece 1A has a plain weave part 1b before and after the pile weave part 1a, and the plain weave parts 1b of the front and rear towel cloth pieces are connected to each other by a cast part (a part formed of only warp without weft) 1c. ing. The length of the cast portion 1c is, for example, about several mm to 1 cm. The width of the towel cloth 1 is, for example, 330.
mm, 350 mm, 380 mm, etc. This towel cloth 1 is generally wound on a roll. 1 and 2, an expected passage 2 for passing the towel cloth 1 is defined on the frame 3 in the towel cutting device A, and the long towel cloth 1 as described above is indicated by an arrow in FIG. The drawing device 6 is passed from the drawing side indicated by X along the expected passage 2 in a certain drawing direction of the drawing device 6. The towel cutting apparatus A includes a towel cloth aligning apparatus 4, a towel cloth cutting apparatus 5, and a towel cloth extracting apparatus 6, which are sequentially arranged in the towel passing direction along the passage 2 to be passed. doing. Each of these devices is provided on the frame 3. The aligning device 4 is supported by the support mechanism 10 and the aligning member 11 disposed above the passage for passing the towels. The aligning member 11 detects the completion of the alignment of the towels by the aligning member 11. And a completion detecting device 12. The support mechanism 10 supports the support member 13, an advance / retreat frame 14 attached to the support member 13 so as to be able to advance / retreat in the moving direction of the towel, an advance / retreat means 15 for advancing / retreating the advance / retreat frame, and the alignment body 11. And a support member 16. The support member 13 is composed of support pieces 17, 17 provided on the frame 3 and guide rods 18 extending therearound.
Consists of The main body 19 in the advance / retreat frame 14 is automatically mounted on the guide rod 18 and a support arm 20 is mounted on the upper side. The reciprocating means 15 is constituted by a cylinder, and the main body 15a is mounted on the frame 3 by a piston rod 15b.
Is connected to the advance / retreat frame main body 19 via a connection plate 15c. The support member 16 supports the alignment body 11 and also functions as an urging member for urging the alignment body 11 downward, and is configured using a cylinder.

And a clamping device 27 which is configured to clamp for cutting. The cutting device main body 26 has a fixed blade 28a fixed to the frame 3 and a movable blade 28b movable up and down with respect to the fixed blade 28a.
The movable blade 28b is an elevating cylinder 29 mounted on the frame 3.
It is designed to be raised and lowered by Next, in the clamp device 27, reference numeral 30 denotes a supporting and lifting cylinder attached to the frame 3 below the passage 2 to be passed, and a receiving piece 31 is attached to the piston rod. Reference numeral 32 denotes a clamping cylinder mounted on the frame 3 above the trajectory 2, and a pressing piece 33 is mounted on the piston rod.
The distal end of the receiving piece 31 is formed so as to be as thin as the distal end as shown in the figure so that the towel cloth can be grasped and removed by a holding mechanism 39 described later. Next, the drawer 6 is composed of a main drawer 35 and a straightening drawer.
It consists of 36. The main pull-out device 35 includes a rail 37 fixed to the frame 3, an advance / retreat frame 38 attached to the rail so as to be able to move forward and backward, a holding mechanism 39 attached to the advance / retreat frame 38, and a drive device 40 for the advance / retreat frame 38. In the holding mechanism 39, a gripping piece 42 is pivotally attached to a substrate 41 integrally formed with the advance / retreat frame 38 so as to be openable and closable.
The tip of the gripping piece 42 and the tip of the substrate 41 constitute a grip 43 for gripping the plain weave 1b. The above grip 43
Is opened and closed by an opening and closing cylinder 44. The cylinder 44
The main body 44a is connected to the advance / retreat frame 38, and the piston rod 44b is connected to a protruding piece 45 protruding from the gripping piece 42. The driving device 40 includes pulleys 46, 47 pivotally attached to the frame 3, a timing belt 48 stretched over them, and a motor 49 for driving the pulley 46 to rotate. The above timing belt
Reference numeral 48 is connected to the advance / retreat frame 38 so that when the timing belt 48 is moved by the rotation of the motor 49, the advance / retreat frame 38 advances and retreats along the rail 37. Next, the straightening drawer 36 sorts the towel cloth 1 into the aligning device 4.
It is a device for pulling out to align. For this purpose, the device 36 is designed to push down the long towel cloth 1 between the main drawer 35 and the cutting device 5 independently and elastically in each part in the width direction, as shown in FIGS. It is configured as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. That is, the device 36 has a pressing cylinder 51. The cylinder body 51a is attached to the frame 3 by a fixture 52, and the piston rod
51b expands and contracts downward. A support frame 53 is fixed to the lower end of the piston rod 51b.
An elastic pressing mechanism 58 is provided on the support frame 53. In this pressing mechanism 58, guide rods 59 are fixed to both ends of the support frame 53. The guide rod 59 is formed using a bolt. A cylindrical body 60 is fitted to each guide rod 59 so as to be vertically movable,
Each of the guide bolts 59 is stopped by a head 59a. A movable frame 61 in a substantially horizontal state is fixed to both ends of the cylindrical bodies 60, 60. A spring support rod 62 is established on the upper surface of the movable frame 61, and the upper end of the support piece 62 is inserted into a through hole 53 a of the support frame 53. A compression spring 63 that urges the movable frame 61 downward is fitted on the spring support rod 62. A pair of front and rear leaf springs 64, 64 are fixed to the movable frame 61. In this example, the pair of front and rear leaf springs 64, 64 is formed of one member, and in a natural state, the lower end protrudes obliquely downward as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of the leaf springs 64 are provided at equal intervals over the entire width of the movement locus of the towel 1. A pressing piece 65 for pressing the towel cloth is fixed to the tip of each leaf spring 64. 67
Is a guide rail for guiding the cut piece of towel cloth in the direction of arrow 68 in FIG. Next, the operation of the towel cutting device A will be described.
First, in the state shown in FIG. 5, a plain weave portion 1b of towel cloth is placed on the receiving piece 31 in advance. In this state, the holding mechanism 39 is driven by the driving device 40 of the main drawer 35.
Is moved to the gripping position as shown in FIG.
44 to open and close the tip of the gripping piece 42,
Thus, the tip of the plain weave portion 1b of the towel cloth 1 is sandwiched.
Then, in that state, as shown in FIG.
39 is retracted to the extraction position. In this process, in the aligning device 4, in the aligning device 4, the advancing / retreating frame 15 is advanced by the advancing / retreating means 15 so that the alignment body 11 is positioned above the receiving piece 31 as shown, and the hook 23b is located immediately above the fixed blade 28a. It is better to keep it in the position. Next, as shown in FIG. 7, the piston rod 16b of the support member 16 is extended downward to lower the alignment body 11, and
As shown in the figure, the hooks 23b of the large number of hooks 23 are brought into contact with the upper surface of the towel cloth 1, respectively. In this case, the support piece 22b and the take-out piece 23a are slightly bent from the natural state shown by the imaginary line to the state shown by the solid line against the respective spring forces. Further, in this case, when the support piece 22b and the take-out piece 23a bend against the spring force as described above, the recumbent rod 21 receives the upward reaction force R by the spring force. Accordingly, the reaction force R and the downward thrust T of the piston rod 16b in the cylinder 16 are balanced. For this purpose, it is preferable to use an air cylinder as the cylinder 16. In the above state, the elastic pressing mechanism 58 is lowered by the cylinder 51 as shown in FIG. By this lowering, the towel cloth on the receiving piece 31 is further pulled out in the direction of the arrow. Then, as shown in FIG. 11, when the cast portion 1c arrives below the hook claw 23b of the hook piece 23 in the aligned body 11, the hook claw 23b fits into the cast portion 1c and is attached to the cast portion 1c. It is hooked on the tip of the following plain weave 1b. Thereby, the movement of the towel cloth 1 is prevented in that portion. In this case, if the cast portion 1c is neatly aligned on a straight line perpendicular to the moving direction of the towel cloth 1, all the hooking claws 23
b fits into the cast 1c almost at the same time. But thirteenth
If the caster portion 1c is curved or oblique to the traveling direction of the towel cloth 1 as shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 11, only a part of the hooking claw 23b fits into the cast portion 1c, and the other hooking claw 23b does not fit. Therefore, in places where the hooking claw 23b has not yet been fitted into the cast portion 1c in each portion in the width direction of the towel cloth, the movement of the towel cloth 1 is further continued. That is, since the elastic pressing mechanism 58 is continuously lowered, the towel cloth 1 is further pulled out at the portion where the hooking claw 23b has not yet been fitted into the cast part 1c in each section in the width direction of the towel cloth 1. It is performed continuously. On the other hand, in a place where the hook claw 23b has already been fitted into the cast part 1c, even when the movable frame 61 is lowered in the case of the lowering of the elastic pressing mechanism 58, the leaf spring 64 is largely bent and the towel cloth 1 is appropriately In this case, excessive pulling is prevented. As described above, the locking claws 23b of all the locking pieces 23 in the aligned body 11 will be
As shown in the figure, when fitted into the cast portion 1c, the cast portion 1c
Are aligned in a direction perpendicular to the traveling direction of the towel cloth. At this time, the reaction force (upward reaction force) given to the recumbent rod 21 by the spring force of the support piece 22b and the take-out piece 23a is weakened, so that the thrust of the piston rod 16b exceeds it, and The rod 21 is further lowered to a predetermined position as shown. Due to this lowering, the operating piece 25 of the alignment completion detecting device 12 activates the switch 24,
The signal from 24 gives confirmation that the alignment is complete. When the alignment is completed as described above, the holding piece 33 is lowered by the cylinder 32 as shown in FIG.
The towel cloth 1 is clamped between the holding piece 33 and the pressing piece 33. Further, the cylinder 30 is contracted and the cylinder 32 is extended while keeping the clamped state, and the receiving piece 31 is lowered as shown in FIG. Next, the alignment body 11 is raised by the cylinder 16. In this case, since the cast portion of the long towel cloth pulled on the side of the drawing device is clamped by the pressing piece 33, the aligned state is maintained. Further, the advance / retreat frame 14 is moved backward by the cylinder 15 as shown in FIG. Further, the known holding piece 69 is lowered onto the towel cloth 1 above the guide rail 67, and the elastic pressing mechanism 58 is raised. Next, the movable blade 28b is lowered by the cylinder 29, and the cast portion 1c of the towel cloth 1 is cut by the fixed blade 28a. Next, by moving the pressing piece 69 along the rail 67 in the direction of arrow 68 in FIG. 1, the cut towel cloth piece 1A is carried to the next step. Simultaneously with or after this, the movable blade 28
b, the receiving piece 31, the holding piece 33 and the like are raised as shown in FIG. Thereafter, the above operation is repeated to perform the long towel cloth 1
Cut many towel cloth pieces 1A one after another. (Effect of the Invention) As described above, in the present invention, the cast portion 1c of the long towel cloth 1 pulled out by the pulling-out device 6 is pulled toward the drawing-out device side, and the alignment device 3 is used. There is a feature that the caster portion 1c is aligned so as to be perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the towel cloth, and can be cut by the cutting device 5. Moreover, when the cutting is performed, the retaining piece 23 of the aligning device used for the alignment is retracted from the cast portion 1C prior to the cutting. The state after the alignment of the cast portion 1C of the towel cloth 1 is characterized in that the clamp device 27 is maintained against its tensile force. This is because, for example, when the caster portion 1C is extremely narrow, the blade of the cutting device main body 26 is exchangedly inserted even at the position of the caster portion where the hooking piece 23 has been inserted. Make it possible to cut off parts. That is, even if the cast portion 1C is narrow, the cast portion position is always aligned, and the intermediate position there is accurately cut, so that the size of the cast portion in the cut towel cloth is constant, and a towel called good quality It has the effect of providing fabric.
