[Prior Art] A bladed roller in a conventional paper sheet stacking apparatus is, as described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 61561/1986, when a conveyed paper sheet is deposited in a storage section, In order to prevent interference with the leaf, it is mounted for the purpose of knocking off the upper rear end of the preceding sheet at the blade by rotating the bladed roller, and as described in JP-A-63-23103. In addition to the above object, the trailing edge of the stacked paper sheets is beaten by the blades by the rotation of the bladed roller, so that the stacked paper sheet alignment property in the direction parallel to the paper sheet conveyance direction is improved.

The first is disorder of alignment of the stacked paper sheets. Considering the miniaturization of the device, it is preferable to arrange such that a part of the rotation radius of the bladed roller blade overlaps the upper end of the piled paper leaf, and the blade part is brought into contact with the piled paper and rotated while being elastically deformed. However, in the case of such a configuration, the first problem occurs because the blade portion strikes the trailing end of the piled paper sheet, and at the same time, the blade portion draws the piled paper sheet backward. Become. The second is an imbalance in the pile height of paper sheets. If the height of the sheet changes elastically, such as when the sheet is piled up with wrinkles or folds, the front side of the sheet is knocked down while pushing down the trailing edge of the stacked sheet. It gets excited. This is the cause of the second problem. The second problem is that the resistance between the paper sheet and the front and rear walls of the storage unit becomes unstable, so that the next-stage feeding operation becomes unstable,
In addition, since the stacking is performed with respect to the predetermined surface, the degree of freedom in the front-back direction of the paper sheet is increased with respect to the front and rear walls of the storage section that regulates the front-back position of the paper sheet, and the alignment is disturbed. Since the stacking height is increased as compared with the case of stacking, the storage capacity within a predetermined dimension is reduced.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention regulates the contact position between the bladed roller blade and the trailing end of the stacked paper sheets by disposing the blade rotation path restricting member at a predetermined position. The contact reduces the force exerted by the blades on the stacked paper sheets.

The above-described blade portion rotation trajectory regulating member is disposed at a position that regulates the contact position of the blade portion with the already-stacked paper sheet due to the rotation of the bladed roller. When the blade is pushed down, it comes into contact with the blade portion rotation trajectory regulating circuit, and the configuration is such that the force for pushing down the piled sheets downward is alleviated. It is possible to solve the problem that the alignment of the stacked paper sheets is disturbed by being pulled into the stack, and the front side is raised by pushing down the blades more than necessary.

First, the configuration of this embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. A sheet stacking mechanism according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a conveying belt 2 for pinching and conveying a sheet 1 and guide rollers 3, 4, and 5, and a driving source (not shown) that feeds the sheet 1 to a storage unit 10 or a next stage. Sheet conveying means comprising a gate 6 for switching the transfer of the sheet to the sheet, holding rollers 7 and 8 opposed to each other and in contact with pressure, and the sheet 1 to be guided onto a holding plate 11 of the storage section 10. And a plurality of blades made of an elastic member such as a synthetic resin which is mounted on the drive shaft of the holding roller 8 and is driven by the same driving source (not shown) as the holding roller 8.
And sheet leaf stacking means comprising a blade roller 14 in which the blades 13 are radially arranged. The blade rotation path regulating member 20 according to the present invention is a cylindrical round bar parallel to the rotation shaft 15 of the bladed roller 14. A little above the stacking surface of the paper sheet 1, it is attached so as to abut on the blade section 13 to regulate the rotation trajectory of the blade section 13, that is, to reduce the contact force between the blade section 13 and the stacked paper sheet 12. . Next, the operation of this embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. 1, FIG. 2, and FIG. Here, FIG. 3 is a partial side sectional view showing the vicinity of the bladed roller 14 of FIG. 1 showing the operation of the blade portion rotation trajectory regulating member 20 of this embodiment. The paper sheet 1 sent from the direction of arrow A to the storage unit 10 is rotated by a bladed roller 14 supported by a drive shaft 15 so as to rotate in the same direction as the paper sheet 1 enters. The paper sheet 1 is forcibly deformed into a wave form as shown in FIG. Rigidity enough to prevent jamming is created. When the sheet 1 comes off the holding rollers 7 and 8, the blade 13 of the roller 14 with the blade knocks the rear end of the sheet 1 in the direction of arrow B in FIG. 1 to prevent interference with the following sheet. I have. Immediately thereafter, that is, the blade portion 13 of the bladed roller 14 is knocked down to the uppermost surface of the piled paper sheet 12 in order to prevent the rear end interference of the paper sheet 1, and when it reaches a predetermined position, as shown in FIG. Reference numeral 13 abuts against the blade rotation path restricting member 20 of the present invention, and the blade 13 having elasticity as described above is deformed as shown in FIG. Being rotated. In addition,
Since the uppermost position of the stacked paper sheet 12 rises due to the stacking of the paper sheet 1, the storage section 10 detects this by a stacking position detection sensor (not shown) and moves the holding plate 11 holding the stacked paper sheet 12 to a power source (not shown). The uppermost position of the stacked paper sheet 12 is kept constant while appropriately controlling the lowering of the paper sheet 1 to stabilize the stacking operation of the paper sheet 1.

First, the fed paper 1 is intermittent and the bladed rollers 14 are intermittent.
In a case where the blade 13 rotates idle while abutting on the piled paper sheet 12 already stored, the blade 13 urges the trailing end of the piled paper sheet 12 to move the piled paper sheet 12 as shown in FIG. ', The sheet may be pulled backward, and the alignment of the stacked paper sheets 12 may be disturbed, which may cause a trouble at the time of feeding. Also,
In the case where the accumulated banknotes are folded and wrinkled like a circulated banknote and the piled-up height changes elastically, the blades 13 overlap the piled paper 12 and the blades 13 Fig. 4 (2)
The front end of the piled paper sheet 12 swells up like this, and there is a difference in height h between the front end and the rear end of the top surface of the piled paper sheet 12,
Storage section 10 front and rear walls 16, 17 for regulating the front and rear position of stacked paper sheets 12
On the other hand, the degree of freedom in the front-back direction of the stacked paper sheets 12 increases, and the alignment property is disturbed. In addition, since the stacking height is increased as compared with the case where the same number of sheets are stacked in parallel to the predetermined surface, the storage capacity within a predetermined size is reduced. FIG. 5 shows a blade rotation locus regulating member according to the present invention.
FIG. 1 is a partial side sectional view showing the vicinity of a bladed roller 14 showing the effect of FIG. 20, and FIG. 6 is a partially enlarged view showing the vicinity of a blade rotation locus restricting member 20 for explaining its application. In solving the above-mentioned problem, the effect when the present invention is used will be described with reference to FIG.

It is considered that problems such as drawing in the back side of the stacked paper sheet 12 and swelling in front of the stacked paper sheet 12 described with reference to the drawing occur. Here, the blade part rotation trajectory regulating member 20 of the present invention regulates the contact position between the blade part 13 and the rear end of the piled paper sheet 12 and at a position where the force of F 2 and F 3 is moderately moderated. Since it is attached, problems such as the above-described drawing in of the stacking paper sheet 12 and the rising of the stacking paper sheet 12 in front can be solved.
