1. A plurality of support members having a mounting portion, the wide portions being linear, and the ends of the wide portions being brought into contact with each other to form a flow passage below the wide portions; and a bottom portion of the support body. A water-reservoir device comprising: a passage bottom formed by in-situ concrete casting positioned in the flow passage therebetween; and a lid placed on a placement portion of the support.
