Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to transport and install culverts without using an especially designed large truck or a truck crane by reducing the weight of the culverts which serve as a component for a retarding basin and enhance economical efficiency by using a similar-shape material based on a usable die for dual service. CONSTITUTION:Both side walls form an opening 2 by cutting off partially either the front side or the rear side while an intermediate wall forms two connected pipes which are vertically combined with a lower stage side-W-shaped culvert 1 having the opening 2 partially cut off from the opposite side of the partially cut off opening 2 of both side walls and an upper stage side-W-shaped culvert 1 having no opening 2. The two lengthwise connected pipes are continuously installed, thereby constituting one row of pipe culverts. A plurality of the pipe culverts are further laid out. What is more, a cover 5 is spanned between the pipe culverts, thereby constituting pipe culvert groups.

However, in the above-mentioned prior art, since the reservoir device was manufactured using the integral U-shaped culvert, in the case of the same capacity, one U Since the character culvert is quite heavy and large, there is a problem that transportation and installation work is difficult unless a special heavy truck or crane truck is used. Further, there is a problem that a large number of lids and bottom plates are required. In view of these circumstances, the present invention is a partitioning structure that has a simple structure, facilitates installation work, and combines upper and lower split W-shaped culverts by inverting them vertically to easily construct a large-capacity reservoir. The purpose is to provide a retaining basin using culverts.

The present invention is intended to solve the above-mentioned problems, and employs the following technical means. In the invention according to claim 1, one of the front and rear side walls is partially cut out to form an opening, and the intermediate wall is partially cut away to the opposite side of the side wall to form an opening. W-shaped culverts are combined vertically to form a double pipe, the double pipes are continuously installed in tandem to form a single row of culverts, and the culvert rows are arranged in multiple rows, and the culvert and pipes are arranged. We adopted a technical means called a retention basin that uses divided culverts that form a group of pipes by placing a lid between the rows of drains. Further, in the invention according to claim 2, the both side walls are partially notched in either one of the front and rear sides to form an opening portion, and the intermediate wall is partially cut away in the opposite side to the partially cut out opening portions of the both side walls. The lower W-shaped culvert on the upper side and the upper W-shaped culvert without an opening are vertically combined to form a double pipe, and the double pipes are continuously installed in a row to form a single-row pipe. We adopted a technical means called a retention basin using divided culverts in which a plurality of rows of culverts are arranged and a group of culverts is constructed by placing a lid between the rows of culverts.

Embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The first embodiment of the present invention shown in FIGS. 1 to 6 will be described. The W-shaped divided culverts 1 are vertically inverted and overlapped to be arranged in the front-rear direction and the left-right direction, and the space portion 7 between each row is formed.
It is possible to easily obtain a retaining basin having a desired area and volume formed by an appropriate number of W-shaped divided culverts 1 which are covered by the bottom plate 4 and the cover plate 5 and are turned upside down and overlapped. Then, a Kuriishi foundation and a concrete foundation are formed on the foundation, and the W-shaped divided culverts 1 are turned upside down and superposed on the concrete foundation to form a state in which the water channels communicate with each other. Install and fix in the front-back direction. At this time, the W-shaped divided culverts 1 on the lower side of the W-shaped divided culverts 1 which are vertically overlapped with each other have two side opening portions 2 on the front and rear sides as one set,
The side surface openings 2 are sequentially arranged so as to communicate with each other.
Then, the rows in which the W-shaped divided culverts 1 that are vertically overlapped are connected in the front-rear direction are arranged in parallel in a plurality of rows at predetermined intervals. Then, between the bottoms of the W-shaped divided culverts 1 which are vertically inverted and superposed on each other, reinforcing bars 6 are embedded between the protrusions of the bottom wall and the bottom plate 4 is formed by in-situ concrete pouring. Further, an engaging portion on which the lid 5 can be placed is formed on the upper portion between the rows arranged in parallel. Between the upper portions of the W-shaped divided culverts 1 superposed above and below each row, that is, on the opposing engaging portions, the cover plates 5 in which reinforcing bars are embedded in advance and integrally formed of concrete are sequentially mounted. Place and fix. In addition,
A drainage channel is appropriately formed in the center of the upper surface of the bottom plate 4, and a window hole is formed in the center of the cover plate 5 at a desired position as needed. In this way, as shown in FIG. 1, a large number of W-shaped divided culverts 1 that are stacked one above the other are arranged side by side in multiple rows in accordance with the site that will be the reservoir.
A bottom plate 4 and a lid plate 5 are provided to form a water reservoir that communicates in the front-rear and left-right directions at each side opening 2. The W-shaped divided culvert 1 has a W-shaped or M-shaped vertical cross-section as shown in FIG.
The split culvert 1 has a cutout 3 for the side opening 2.
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIGS. 4 to 6, the lower W-shaped split culvert 1 has a cross section in which the intermediate wall is opposite to the left and right side notches 3 It is the one with the side cut out. In this embodiment, when the side surface openings 2 are unevenly arranged when they are turned upside down and overlapped with each other, the flow of water is very smooth. The side openings 2 of the W-shaped divided culverts 1 that are vertically inverted and overlapped at both ends of the site may be closed with concrete plates, or those having no outside surface openings 2 may be used. In this way, a flat artificial base is formed by the upper wall portion 8 and the cover plate 5 of the W-shaped divided culvert 1 which are turned upside down and overlapped with each other, and the surface is appropriately surface-treated according to the purpose to be used for a baseball field, a tennis court, Make a park or parking lot. As described above, the W-shaped divided culverts 1 that are turned upside down and overlapped are arranged in a plurality of rows in the front-rear, left-right directions, and integrated as shown in FIG. In addition, various techniques such as forming a recess on the connecting surface and tightening with a coupling joint are required so that the connection between the inverted upper and lower stages of the W-shaped split culvert 1 does not require advanced technology and can be done easily. can do.
Further, when the cover plate 5 is placed on the upper part, the cover plate 5 is firmly connected even if a sudden outflow of water flows into the reservoir and overflows by connecting the cover plate 5 with mortar. There is no fear that they will fall apart and be scattered. Also,
By providing the engaging concave and convex portions of various shapes on the front and rear and right and left connecting surfaces, the connection work is easy and the stability against earthquakes is high. Further, in the above-mentioned embodiment, the notch portion 3 is provided only in the lower W-shaped divided culvert 1, but the strength is slightly inferior,
The same effect can be obtained even if the upper and lower cutouts 3 are the same and are turned upside down.

According to the present invention, the following effects can be obtained based on the above configuration. (1) Since the W-shaped split culverts are turned upside down and overlapped to form multiple rows in parallel, the culverts of the components are considerably lighter, and they can be transported and installed without using a special large truck or crane truck. You can (2) Since the W-shaped split culverts are members having substantially the same shape, the mold can also be used, which is economical. (3) It is possible to install a larger water tank than the conventional method. Furthermore, by using a double pipe, the number of lids used within a certain area was reduced. (4) Workability is good, and construction can be completed with less work.
