Conventionally, when performing heat insulation construction of a building such as a house, for example, filling glass wool as a heat insulating material between pillar-shaped structural members such as pillars on walls, studs or joists on the floor, or beams on the ceiling to form an insulating structure. A so-called outer-line insulation construction method has been performed in which a thermal insulation material such as a polystyrene foam plate is attached to the outdoor surface of the columnar structural member to form a thermal insulation structure.

However, although the construction method of filling the glass wool between the structural members is easy, the glass wool absorbs moisture with the lapse of time, so-called sagging occurs, and there is a disadvantage that the heat insulating property is reduced. In addition, the outer lining insulation method of attaching a polystyrene foam plate or the like to the outer surface side is easy to construct, but moisture is easily trapped inside the heat insulating structure, and when the structural member is of a wood type, the structural member is easily decayed due to moisture absorption. In addition, there is a drawback that the strength of the whole building is reduced by prompting the occurrence of mold and pests.

That is, the present invention comprises a heat-insulating material made of a synthetic resin foam between columnar structural members in a building, and a non-breathable material formed of a rigid foam plate having a film-like material laminated on the surface of the indoor side surface of the structural member. The air-permeable chamber formed by mounting the indoor side member of the above structure so as to cover the indoor side surface of the structural member, and further forming a large number of through holes in a rigid foam plate laminated with a film-like material on the outdoor side surface of the structural member. The gist of the present invention is a heat insulating structure characterized in that the outer member is attached so as to cover the outdoor surface of the structural member.

FIG. 1 shows a plane cross section of a heat insulating wall as an example of the heat insulating structure of the present invention. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a pillar, 2 denotes a stud, and structural members serving as a framework of a building such as the pillar 1 and the stud 2. A heat insulating material 3 made of a synthetic resin foam is mounted between the two. The synthetic resin foam constituting the heat insulating material 3 is polystyrene,
Styrene-based resin foams such as styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer, styrene-butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymer, styrene-acrylic acid copolymer, styrene-methacrylic acid copolymer; polyvinyl chloride, polyurethane,
A foam made of polyethylene or the like is used, and a styrene resin foam is preferred. The length of the heat insulating material 3 can be formed to be equal to the interval between the structural members. However, the length of the heat insulating material 3 is set to be slightly shorter than the interval between the structural members, and It is preferable to attach to.
When the method of mounting the heat insulating material 3 via such a soft foam 4 is adopted, the mounting of the heat insulating material 3 becomes easier as compared with the case where the length of the heat insulating material 3 is substantially equal to the interval between the structural members. Further, a heat insulating material 3 mounted between the structural member and the structural member
Therefore, there is no fear that the heat insulating effect is reduced. Examples of such a soft foam 4 include a soft polyethylene foam, a polypropylene foam, a soft polyurethane foam, a soft polyvinyl chloride foam, and the like.

On the indoor side surface A of the structural members such as the pillars 1 and the studs 2, a non-breathable indoor side member 7 made of a rigid foam 6 having a film-like material 5 laminated on the surface as shown in FIG. A structural member is attached to the indoor side surface A so as to cover the indoor side surface A, and the outdoor side surface B is formed of a rigid foam plate 9 on which a film-like material 8 is laminated, and a plurality of through-holes 10 formed in a rigid foam plate 9. Is mounted so as to cover the outdoor side surface B of the air conditioner. Examples of the film materials 5 and 8 include films made of polystyrene, high impact polystyrene, various polyethylenes, polypropylenes, polyesters, polyamides, polyvinyl chloride, ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymers, and the like. The heat insulating material 3 is used as the hard foam plates 6 and 9.
A foam made of the same foam as the synthetic resin foam constituting the above is used.

Further, as the synthetic resin foam having the film-like material laminated thereon, it is desirable to use a synthetic resin foam having a plurality of hinges provided on both sides thereof, which can be alternately folded. When such a material is used, the workability can be shortened because the workability is excellent.

A large number of through holes 10 drilled in the outdoor member 11 may have any shape such as a circular shape, an elliptical shape, a triangular shape, a square shape, a polygonal shape, an amorphous shape, and are regularly arranged. Or irregularly arranged. Generally, circular through holes are regularly provided as the above-mentioned shape. In particular, when a hinge that can be folded is formed as described above, it is desirable to provide an elliptical through hole having a long diameter in a direction perpendicular to the hinge in order to prevent the hinge from cracking.

As described above, the heat insulating structure of the present invention is a pillar, a stud,
A heat insulating material made of a synthetic resin foam is attached between structural members such as joists and beams, and an indoor member is attached to the indoor side of the structural member so as to cover the indoor surface of the structural member, and a room is provided outside the indoor. Since the outer member is attached so as to cover the outdoor surface of the structural member, the heat insulating material absorbs moisture and causes the sagging phenomenon as in the case of a conventional heat insulating structure in which glass wool is mounted between structural members. There is no fear of lowering. In addition, since the indoor side members are non-breathable, they do not release the moisture of the building into the interior space and prevent the water vapor generated from the room (from boiling and from the bathroom) from entering the inside of the wall. And the like. Furthermore, since the outdoor member has air permeability, even if the structural member is made of wood, it prevents the problem that the wood-based structural member rots due to moisture trapped in the heat-insulating structure as in the conventional external insulation method. In addition, the heat-insulating structure of the present invention has effects such as easy installation like the conventional method of mounting glass wool between structural members and the external heat-insulating method.
